“bangood makes me happy by offering the tools and products i am looking for at a reasonable price. the delivery time is usualy very good as well. the only down side i would mention is that the way some products are rapped up for delivery could be improved as a couple items in the past have arrived damaged. over all bangood serves well as a market place.”

“Since they felt the need to ship orders which were cancelled, yes this is theft. The stole my money, shipped order cancelled multiple times, close account to avoid refund. This is a condensed version of my Banggood experience. They continue to avoid customer service beyond the usual lies. If this is how you wish to be treated, open an account and place an order to find out for yourself how bad an idea it was”

“Prices are great. Package arrived on time and nothing was damaged or missing. *My only complaint is the instructions are in Chinese, not English like my two past purchases. Is it possible to have an instruction book sent to me in English. Thank you Julie”
