“I was quite skeptical about this online retailer which I had never heard about previously. I also have had bad past experiences with Chinese retailers which were complete scams. However I was in the market for a new microfiber car wash mop, and wanted one exactly like the one I have which got accidentally damaged since I have spare replacement mops which only fit that brand. I could find no retailer in Canada selling that brand, and the prices and shipping costs with other online retailers was ridiculous. So I took the plunge and ordered the auto wash mop from Banggood expecting it not to work out. It took a couple weeks to arrive, but just came in the mail today which was quicker than their estimate. It is in perfect condition and exactly like the one I already have of that same brand. I took it out and put it together, and it will work just fine to replace my old one. Very pleased.”

“I have purchased many things from Banggood... I like the good prices, the fast shipping. The items have good quality but I only buy things that have a brand. (xiaomi, Creality, etc...) Those are always good and work well.”
