“Banggood have a fantastic range of items on offer at a very reasonable price. I am amazed at the delivery service as it normally takes my orders very little time to arrive. If I do have any problem they are always there to help and sort it out. I have been a loyal customer for many years.”

“I ordered a S10 Laser cutting module as the upgrade to my machine had just been announced. The shipment arrived by Fedex from China, was carefully packaged and exactly as promised, the attachment of the new head was simple swap which took about ten minutes. All working beautifully, and such great, fast service at a good price.”

“I have over 150 orders from Banggood. All 150 have arrived and only 2 I needed a refund on due to 1 wrong color and other was damaged. Great prices and great customer service! Been buying since 2016 and will continue in the future!!! 👍🏻”

“Totally awfull shop. I'm making a lot of orders from Europe warehouse. But they totally doesn't respect customer. They can't ship order 2 weeks. And customer support just have 1 answer wait 48hours you will receive mail about that, but you didn't receive anything. And going to write again, and you hear the same again wait 48 hours. Then one of the order i receive. It was chair, box was totally damaged, and gaming chair had 7 holes in leather. Open the case wait for 2 weeks till they replay and they offer to me 800points :D and start to ignore me in that case which i open in banggood page, so i decide open that in bank charge back. Never buy here again. They do not have any respect to customer. Also they remove negative feedback in reviews. They doesn't approve negative reviews so all of the order reviews are approved only the 4-5 stars reviews. Look to dates in pictures. Always lie from CS and they even can't ship order for a 3 weeks and cancel it.”
