“First ever order from banggood, product seems to be good, haven't used it yet just opened and inspected items and they seem true to the online description. Delivery was as scheduled and arrived on time. Had an unclear time with warranty activation and I still don't know if I registered the warranty info correctly or not but for the price of the tool I can gamble. Tool purchase is the Nut Riveter with speed knob”

“We got our order today it doesn't take long to deliver and the product seems good and complete arrived . But the only problem is the delivery courier man left the package outside door and never called before delivery. So that was a bit scary gladly no one steal it. I hope next time they call us or the number provide on the address. But other than that the package arrived safe and we are satisfied with it.”

“Many times my experience has been that the items ordered are notified as shipped from the origin country and having reached the destination country viz. India. After that the items go missing and Bangood's India office/ seller does not solve the issue and finally I have lost amounts. Going by my experience, once can order keeping in mind that there is only 50% chance of getting the order delivered.”
