“These last years I placed more than 100 orders at Banggood's. I order drones spare parts, mobile phones, laptop computers, android phablets, battery cells, tools, etc.. I am extremely satisfied by the products but also by their service. With so many orders I have had of course some seldom issues : product quality issues from start, failure after some weeks, non received parcels... Common issues that are met when ordering on the Internet. In these cases Banngoods have always really made the difference compared to other providers : they have a very caring and efficient support team and they always found the best solution for me. I cannot complain about ANY order I placed at BangGood's. I can really say I am 100% satisfied by BangGood and I recommend it 200%. I'll keep ordering there because I feel 100% secure when ordering at Bangood's.”
