“Articolo ben imballato in una scatola di cartone, che però, sicuramente per via del corriere, è arrivata parzialmente ammaccata e rotta, anche la plastica preformata all'interno era rotta; in ogni caso il livello era perfettamente funzionante e senza segni di rottura; la scatola era dentro una busta di plastica opaca, quindi non si poteva vedere se l'interno era integro o no. Pazienza aggiustata scatola con del nastro adesivo. Il prezzo non è economico, ma per tracciare correttamente e più velocemente, è accettabile. Pacco arrivato con largo anticipo (circa 7/10 giorni prima).”

“Ordered a Vacuum cleaner but the battery and charger was not charging at all. After more than a month waiting time the replacement battery and charger arrived, and now it is working. Customer service answered at the beginning very poorly, after showed them a video of the malfunctioning they took it seriously.”
