“I've only ever ordered one product from Banggood, and that all went fine. The payment was accurate and easy, communication was good, delivery was actually earlier than scheduled and everything arrived intact. Based on my single experience so far, I would recommend them.”

“I purchased a phone from this website. The sim card tray broke after only a couple days of use. It happens right?Bangood made me jump through hoops. Including posting a YouTube video. Pictures should have been sufficient. One I finally got a return authorization. I sent the phone back. 30 more bucks. Then they closed the return saying not shipped in 15 days which is bs. While there price are good. Customer service is terrible”

“First my parcel was lost in transit and late it was miraculously found the day it was being delivered then all electricals failed inside first time using it . They accepted it was a faulty product sent to me but then tell me to pay postage to send back which would be most of the cost of the item . Continuos stalling and going around in circles . This has been going on for nearly a month”

“Very good value for four brushes, which seem of a very satisfactory quality. The stiffness of the blue brushes seems sufficient for most needs. Works well enough from an electric screwdriver.”
