“During the years that I have been purchasing from Banggood the items purchased have always been as described. Item descriptions are mostly very detailed and very well illustrated. There have been rare occasions where the product received was not as ordered, or it went missing in transit. When this situation occurred, it was quickly and fairly rectified, once the customer service team were contacted. My dealing with Banggood should continue well into the future, based upon my past experience. d”

“The promotion to sell your item I feel was written to deceive, your claim that the output of the solar panel was 200watts max, yet knowing it was 20watts max, that is deception, not happy.”
