“Dear Banggood team, Thank you for this message regarding my case. Let me start by saying that l have only received 2 emails dated March 24 and 25 announcing delivery (which indeed arrived). Upon arrival l sent 2 claims about the bad quality condition in which the hat arrived. And after that this is the only email received as an answer and l thank you for your interest. Please resend me the message in order to understand what should l answer about. I hope you don’t close my case as this product arrived damaged and l appreciate Banggood effectively finds a solution. I don’t know what ticket questions are or were. All l have is a damaged product (the beautiful hat sadly broken in 4 in the brim) and a plastic bag branded “Newchic - classic fashion” with a tag or sticker that says POA7229979 SKUF74729 dbJtHEW PCK Made in China ….and that’s all.”

“As always fast delivery, packaging not so good for the trip that the package would make, but all good. the product is known for the quality it has since I have other switches, I have not tested them yet but there will be no problem, I believe.”
