“Hello Banggood team, I was surprised by the pront arrival of my sculpfun S9, after opening it, the assembly was quite easy, I am very happy with how it works, I have not been able to test it with all the materials but with some and it works perfectly. Just one question, at the time of ordering, the protective base for the table I saw that it was honeycomb cut and the one they sent me is metal. Why didn't they send me the honeycomb cut one? It's my first purchase with you and thanks again for the fast service, I'm very happy with it.”

“Dear Banggood team, Thank you for this message regarding my case. Let me start by saying that l have only received 2 emails dated March 24 and 25 announcing delivery (which indeed arrived). Upon arrival l sent 2 claims about the bad quality condition in which the hat arrived. And after that this is the only email received as an answer and l thank you for your interest. Please resend me the message in order to understand what should l answer about. I hope you don’t close my case as this product arrived damaged and l appreciate Banggood effectively finds a solution. I don’t know what ticket questions are or were. All l have is a damaged product (the beautiful hat sadly broken in 4 in the brim) and a plastic bag branded “Newchic - classic fashion” with a tag or sticker that says POA7229979 SKUF74729 dbJtHEW PCK Made in China ….and that’s all. Again, many thanks and l hope we arrive at a solution. Julian Alhach +57 (310) 493 5734”
