“I was hesitant at first to shop at Banggood, but I decided to risk it, because I really was interested to get the latest Moyu portable washer (6th generation). Aside from the spinner function, it also had a dehydrator (dryer) and uv sterilization. Purchasing was easy. Tried the AfterPay option and there weren’t any problems with the transaction. The customer service of Banggood is pretty responsive. I had an issue with the shipping choice and they helped me change my shipping option. I got my item in 2 weeks’ time, which is pretty fast - considering it was coming from China.”

“Bought this item along with an 8x8x8 3D light kit. The price was exceptional and delivery was fast (it arrived much earlier than projected and I had full tracking all the way. This was my first order from Banggod and after this very positive experience it definitely won't be my last.”

“Banggood is really reliable and good value (especially with items on special offers). Customer service is generally good, if somewhat frustrating sometimes, but it is usually more a language barrier than an unwillingness to assist. Shipping and delivery are reliable and quite cheap, even if on the slow side. Another curiousity is the unnaturally highly rated reviews on their own site catalogue. :)”
