I bought a repeat order because my previous strap broke. I did not want to "complain" about strap #1 so I just bought a new one. (You did not offer me a free replacement when I told my story - which was disappointing). When strap #2 arrived it was the wrong size ("20" instead of "22" on strap #1). I am now the owner of two Barton straps, one broke and one the wrong size. Your website led me to believe that you are passionate specialists - I'd love to see how you can help me.

They lie about when things will be shipped. They do not respond to emails asking for updates on order. Not worth dealing with a company that treats its customers this poorly.

You sent me the wrong length for my band. I ordered the short and you sent me the long one. The band doesn't fit majorly dissatisfied.

dear Barton's I am quite disappointed with the Khaki canvas colour. The earlier ones (months back) look more like khaki colour. The new one I received is more lighter in tone (almost light yellow). The khaki colour tone is not consistent at all. What a shame. I give it a very poor review. Sorry.

Doesn't fit the watch and can't get ahold of the company to return or exchange it. The band looks nice but I cant use it!

Nice watch band but it took over 2 weeks to get it and had a smart-ass customer service person who deserves to be fired or smacked one or the other never buy anything from this company again

Very hard to install, clacky, really thin whispy spring bars included compared to the ones it is replacing in the Gshock. Not a fan

I ordered two bands from Barton. They shipped extremely slowly and when I received my package there was only one band included. I contacted customer service and they shipped the missing band however it took 3 weeks to arrive. Not happy with the speed of their shipment and customer service

Wrong bands!! Ordered 22 mm two bands on 12/3/2022 and received 19&12 mm .They do not fit my watch . What should I do.?

Doesn't fit galaxy watch 4 - strap is too wide as are the pins. Shame as it's a nice strap, but unusable

Well I actually ordered this band for my wife’s new Iwatch 8 41”. But the Apple Watch band adapters slightly protrudes on either side of the watch. They are not flush on either end. So with that in mind will have to find another alternative. It’s not a total loss though in I can use it on my 44 apple Iwatch 4. Well after doing this review I find out I cannot get hold of anybody from customer service for 24 hours or up to a week. Yet they send you a email asking you to call or email to possibly find a solution! Well how can one do that if no one will take your call or text message in reasonable time frame. Sure one good way to run a business.

Painstakingly difficult to mount the adapters that were not mentioned on your website. The band was not made for my watch. Thank you for making it easy to ditch the watch for good. Both the watch and your ridiculous band are resting peacefully in a landfill. Good riddance!

It seems to be bigger than 22mm I can't get the slide lock to attach to the bit where it should be.
