“I ordered a watchband from you in November 2022 which I didn't receive until January 17th, 2023 and it was not the size I ordered. I immediately sent an email to Customer Service and was told the correct item would be shipped right away with order: #87485967. The order confirmation email I received was dated January 20th, 2023. It is now February 8th, 2023, 19 days since I received that confirmation (almost 3 weeks) and I still haven't received my order. Excuse my French, but what the Hell is going on? Am I ever going to receive my order? This is the worst Customer Service I have EVER received.”

“Very unsatisfied. I ordered a 24mm in error. I immediately emailed Barton asking to revise my order to be a 22mm. After 3 weeks of back and forth the 24mm arrived.. I again reached out to Barton. The said they would send me a 22mm band. Today the mail came and instead of a 22mm band, they sent a 20mm. So I now uave a 20mm and 24mm band I don't want and still don't have the 22mm band I want. This service is ridiculous...”

“I bought a repeat order because my previous strap broke. I did not want to "complain" about strap #1 so I just bought a new one. (You did not offer me a free replacement when I told my story - which was disappointing). When strap #2 arrived it was the wrong size ("20" instead of "22" on strap #1). I am now the owner of two Barton straps, one broke and one the wrong size. Your website led me to believe that you are passionate specialists - I'd love to see how you can help me.”

“They lie about when things will be shipped. They do not respond to emails asking for updates on order. Not worth dealing with a company that treats its customers this poorly.”

“dear Barton's I am quite disappointed with the Khaki canvas colour. The earlier ones (months back) look more like khaki colour. The new one I received is more lighter in tone (almost light yellow). The khaki colour tone is not consistent at all. What a shame. I give it a very poor review. Sorry.”

“I ordered two bands from Barton. They shipped extremely slowly and when I received my package there was only one band included. I contacted customer service and they shipped the missing band however it took 3 weeks to arrive. Not happy with the speed of their shipment and customer service”
