Did not like. Will not use. I originally ordered a silver clasp but this was sent a replacement to me and I didn’t have input on the colour scheme which doesn’t go with my watch.

I ordered my band. After a week without any updated shipping information I contacted customer support. I was lied to and they told me that the band had just shipped and i would receive shipping information soon. I did not receive any information. A week later I contacted customer service again for an update on shipping information. I recieved no response but shipping information was sent shortly after. Once I did recieved my order it was not the item I ordered and did not match the packing slip. I contacted customer service again to get the item I ordered (3 weeks after I initially ordered) and have yet to receive any reply. I would not recommend Barton to anyone and will not be buying from them again. Additional update. After trying to make it right and ship me my correct order, I had to contact customer service again since there was no shipping update after multiple weeks. A label was created but has not been shipped in over a month now. I have contacted customer service multiple times with no response. It has now been MONTHS after my initial order and I have not recieved the correct band yet. Customer service has been terrible and this company has done nothing to try to correct their mostakes.

Never received my watch band. Received a Apple Watch band for a lady in Detroit Michigan. Called and left a email but no response yet.

The experience was poor. It was overpriced to start with. And design is very bad, very thin and rigid. Not flexible and it takes long time to get adjusted. It doesn't look nice as well

I was scammed by this company, because they took my money gave me a fake Tracking number and never responded to my emails nor sent me the watch band i ordered months ago. Will never buy from this company again.

I ordered a band but it never shipped. The status just says label printed. I have left voicemails and sent emails but have had zero customer service. You have my money, but I don't have my band.

I paid for two watch band and the package arrived with only one band. I have emailed twice and called by phone once but have been ignored. I am very disappointed with Barton's service.

I am being asked to write a review for an item that hasn't arrived. I placed an order nearly six weeks ago. Initially, when nothing showed up, support were helpful, and created a replacement order. Weeks later, and all is silent - unanswered email and tracking sites showing nothing has shipped. The thing is, it's just a watch strap, nobody dies if it's late, but I resent not being updated. Apparently the straps are good, so they just need to sort their supply chain and customer service.
