“UPS has yet to deliver a guitar I ordered as a gift. Luckily it’s not needed for a while as I was given three different delivery dates. Then I got an email requesting a review. So here I am. Hopefully I will get my delivery tomorrow as last stated.”

“My son has not yet been able to even use the Hercules dj set yet from xmas as the app you need to download,just wont download,and are requesting a further £30 for the use of this app,so,so far its just a box collecting dust,disappointing,considering it was a xmas gift and hasnt yet beable to use it.”

“Hi Bax music, first thing to say is the guitar has still not arrived, I’ve been given 4 different delivery dates, UPS don’t keep you informed or offer any reason for the delay although don’t know if the brexit thing is something to do with it.”

“Firstly, UPS failed on so many levels but I did eventually receive my purchase. Secondly, My boxed Nemesis guitar pedal was sent inside a much larger box WITHOUT ANY surrounding protection. (There was also a loose UK power adaptor in there to cause extra damage) It bounced it's way around Europe, and it shows when looking at the packaging. Scared to see what I may find when I power it up for the first time. Imagine if this was a synth that I bought. I shudder to think of what condition it would've arrived in! (If shops do this you may as well take your chances with eBay. It couldn't be any more unprofessional)”

“Website was pretty user friendly and easy to navigate. Ordering and checkout was relatively straightforward. Delivery was prompt and on time and items were well packaged, as well as the cases being in their own cardboard box they were also packed into a larger box for extra protection. Prices are competitive.”

“Bax sent the guitar double quick! However UPS had it fit nearly a week before I eventually received it. Guitar was perfect but needed a set up, action too high and bone nut needed work. (So much for for fender QC) thank you BAX”

“Excellent service from Bax on my first order. Especially given that it was a difficult time, Brexit happened one day before my order, my amp was delivered 3 days later to the UKwith no fuss. Impressive. I was also very pleased with the amp, a Fender LT25. Highly recommended store.”

“Just bought this. I used it with my Materbuilt (Todd Krause) Clapton Blackie Strat. Through a Custom Hand-Wired Fender Reverb Deluxe Amp. The lead is great. Very pleased with it. Fantastic value for the quality. Big thanks.”

“Ordered Odyssey Flight Case for Roland DJ 505 Controller on 30 December. I received the item within a week on 7January which was excellent in current situation and also coming from Europe which I did not realise. I queried delivery time with Bax via email as Ups were giving me different delivery dates and I received a quick response from them. Overall Excellent.”

“Horrible experience. The company lie to me and I receive my parcel 25 days after I placed the order. THey cancel it, then told me it was out of stock. I finalyy receive a broken box with a missing product.”

“Really impressed with this. Great tones and plays well. A Thunderbird bass at a fraction of the price for the equivalent Epiphone. Body work is spotless. £125 is an unbelievable price.”

“The item I ordered was not in stock in the UK despite being told it was "in stock" when I placed the order - it originated in Holland and came to the UK via Germany. It was due to arrive on 29-12-2020 - it is now 03-01-2021 and it is still not here. I was careful to pick a company that said they could deliver after Boxing day - they failed to deliver on this promise and I think the "in stock" message needs to be changed to "in stock but not in the UK". This is now an important piece of information given the UK is no longer part of Europe. I would never have ordered if I had known the item had to be imported into the UK given the political and covid issues.”

“Having ordered my evh not knowing that… Having ordered my evh not knowing that the item I was ordering wasn't even in the UK but Netherlands did put me off a bit but straight away I received correspondence from Bax music on the delivery date ,due to uncontrollable circumstances ie convid that the delivery would be late due to border closures got a link sent from Bax music to their courier ups easy down load to phone and able to track delivery was a day late but under the circumstances I was pleased it came well boxed and protected from any damage.payment plan was so easy to set up though PayPal, definitely would use again the price of my guitar was slightly more but I believe due to shortages and high demand the price I was happy to pay rather than wait the 3 months I'd been told my a previous guitar supplier.”
