Not received order should have been delivered for Xmas will not refund me as I quote MIght be in transit they don't even know

Despite having a .co.uk address and a UK address and phone number on the homepage, BAX is in fact a based in the Netherlands. Order was placed with the promise of 2 day delivery, 4 days later after speaking to someone in the Dutch ‘customer services’ I was blatantly lied to by the lady. She told me my package was stuck with Hermes due to the pandemic. I contacted Hermes direct and was told in fact they hadn’t even collected said items! I rang the ‘customer services’ there following day and after being refused a refund, I was told just to do a charge back on my credit card... they WOULD NOT issue a refund. UK buyers, PLEASE AVOID! Support actual UK businesses who actually have a single ounce of customer service skills!

Hopeless company, pretends to be UK based with stock but is in fact based I mainland Europe and ships from there. Delivery times are a joke so don't rely on getting your order in atimely fashion. Avoid.

Never received the item and despite an email to them still heard nothing I know it is over the COVID Christmas period but had no notification from them about despatch and no means to find out what had happened to my item

had problem with power adapter and they put me right in less than a day great service and delivered within 2 days prior to christmas! Will go to them before a large south american river for all my music needs from now on, merry christmas to all bax staff

I have rated three because of the delivery firm, this does not reflect on the product as my daughter is very pleased with her new ion waterproof speaker. The delivery Conpany delivered it, no note through the door and as we have several deliveries over Christmas, was not aware which delivery was coming. I checked around the back of the house and didn’t see anything, it had been tucked away around the corners and sat in rain for a couple of days.

***NEVER DELIVERED!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED*** Ordered a behringer speaker for a Christmas present, bought it from Bax because the price and they could deliver on the 19th Dec......no delivery, Hermes app shows "Expecting" emailed and called Bax, no callback as promised and email stating they will ask Hermes about it!!! Hermes haven't received it yet....... emailed/Facebook messaged bax on 24th Dec and told item had been returned due to the European blockade, which was strange as the lockdown happened 2 days after delivery date 🤔🤥. Told Bax to cancel the order, they said they'd leave a "note" on my account but it may still be delivered!!!! WTF!!! Terrible service and I had to order some speakers from Amazon which came the next day,.. Well worth paying a little extra with Amazon for that piece of mind of it actually arriving......

Not packed properly and headstock was damaged when arrived, no excuse really when all it needed was more bubblewrap.

Got an amazing deal on an XDJ XZ using a discount code sent to me as part of Bax’s Black Friday promotion. Cancelled this same order during the first lockdown as all my events were postponed and item wasn’t in stock, so I waited 6 months to place order again. Glad I did, got it slightly cheaper and it was available in stock. Initially wouldn’t accept price match but later emailed to say they would be happy to honour the difference in vouchers which I later put towards a decksaver. Emails answered promptly and received frequent tracking updates as it was shipped from the Netherlands. Overall very pleased with the service I received and would gladly recommend Bax to anyone. Thank you!

The item I wanted was only available at Bax Music and it was easy to purchase with quick delivery. I've used Bax Music before and I would again!

… The mat is good quality but the method of transportation to the customer is where the problem is. When it arrived it was in a bag I assume wrapped like that from the manufacturer, Bax Music then folded the mat in half and put it in a box that was used to transport it. When I unpacked the mat it had creases all down the length. I contacted Bax and found the customer service helpful, however the solution was to return it and they could not guarantee when I would get a replacement or if the packing would cause the same issue with the replacement. Because the mat has a rubber backing the creases have still not come out. I would not recommend buying this product. One other comment is the service manager only offered £10 compensation if I kept the mat, this I thought was an insult. I would advise caution using this company as the management do not care.

Good customer service so far. Easy to assemble. The buttons are uncomfortable and one of them is loose.

This was a Christmas present for my grandson who hasn't seen it yet but I know he'll be very impressed with it. The keyboard looks for more than the price would suggest. Delivery time was great.
