“I’ve unfortunately had a negative experience with Bax music and would neither recommend them or shop with them again. My order was lost by the courier (Hermes have admitted fault) but despite calling twice and emailing 4 times in the past week, I haven’t received a response from Bax music other than to ask for my social security number (I’m in the UK so don’t have one) and proof of signature despite the fact I’ve provided evidence from the courier that the parcel was never signed for (having supposedly been left in a safe place). I’m now left without a Christmas present for my son and have wasted so much time this week chasing this up with Bax music / Hermes.”

“Ordered on 5th November 2020 and the website said to expect delivery on 9th November. Delivery was attempted by Hermes on 14th November but as the delivery address was my work, no-one was in. I was expecting Hermes to re-attempt delivery the next week but instead they sent it back to Bax. Bax would NOT refund the money until they received the item back. 10/12/2020 - FINALLY RECEIVED MY REFUND. SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!!!!!”

“Rubbish delivery service. 10 days and counting and I still have not received my keyboard. Excuses, delays, more excuses and poor customer service. Saving a few quid is not worth this long miserable wait. I will stick to Amazon Prime...I've learned my lesson that paying a little more is usually worth it. Bax isn't.”

“Some negative reviews on here but have to say the price I paid was nearly £140 less than anywhere else and as it shipped from Holland to the UK I think 5 days is pretty good. Very well packaged and no transit damage at all so on the strength of this order I would use Bax again.”

“I have had exactly the same experience as the person in the last review on your site, if I had see this review before hand I would never have gone ahead with my last order which was an urgently needed item. For me, 9 days in and I am still waiting with no sign of my order any day soon! My oder is the Rycote Super-Blimp kit NTG. Covid can and should not be used as an excuse for this kind of service! Within the last 9 days I have ordered goods from Hong Kong, which I have already received! My advise to any prospective customers who need prompt delivery, is to seriously reconsider another alternative if they do not want the added stress and disappointment of having to navigate a broken delivery system. Good luck to you if you still choose to go with Bax!”

“After 9 days I still haven't received the product. In ordering it stated that it would be with me in 3 days. It has been "out for delivery" for 6 days. I have rang up every day and am now unsure as to whether the product even exists. I would never order from you again. The communication has been dire.”

“Bought an expensive synth for a good price from Bax. Their comms was very good but the haulage company were not great at all. The box the synth came in was badly damaged. I was amazed that the synth didn't have a mark on it or any damage. I feel lucky that it works. The box cant be used if I want to resell the synth. Bax, you need to review your haulage/delivery! Not good enough, and despite the great price, I wont be buying from you again. Sorry, its too risky!”

“Quick Delivery. The Box was severely beaten up on arrival but fortunately the guitar inside was not Damaged. I dont know what happened to the box it was in ,,but it had very rough handling. Obviousely thrown around violently and partly crushed.”

“I HAVE NOT received my goods from Bax. They made a mess of labelling the address, missing out the street name, although the post code and house number should have been sufficient. Hermes the courier emailed me on the delivery day to get in touch but their automated telephone and email systems blocked me from communicating with anyone. An automated reply two days later told me they had sent the packages back to my supplier. Bax have not answered any emails however they did answer the phone and I was able to establish they had not received my packages back and i was able to tell them about the mess up with the labelling. Since then I have had no communication from Bax and don't know if I am ever going to get my goods or what condition they will be in.”
