“The connecting parts arrived broken and the stand is unable to be erected securely. Despite promoting the address, no one responsed to the emails sent to their customer ‘services’ and a total of 4 were sent over 3 days.”

“Been shopped with Bax Music for years now and I may have been one of the super lucky customers as I have always had a first class service and great products when I do my purchases. As a performing artist, I have had various products purchased whether by myself or someone on my team and had never experienced a delay nor bad product. Highly recommended from my point of view and experiences and will be shopping again with the franchise in the hear future.”

“Great price, quick service. I was not aware amplifier would be delivered in a different package to the mains lead, no problem. However, couriers dropped the amp parcel off two streets away to a young man who was very honest and put it in his car and drove it round to me.”

“Dreadful service! Ordered November 23rd and still not despatched by December 3rd despite them stating it would be delivered by November 26th! Only automated email responses received to a couple of emails amd the rest got no response! Refund requested December 3rd...... Lets see how that goes!! Won't be using again. Very disappointing.”

“Bax Music | order invoice J306299326 (1203340841) I have placed an order for "Devine Blitz Pa portable system" which contains two big speaker one mixer and mic and whole package should weigh about 21kg. The package delivery date was 28/11/20 but delivered in 01/12/20. But problem started when the Harmes courier delivered the item it was only power lead cable in a small tiny box ! I was shattered ! I have asked the courier they said this is the item they have in the particular tracking number provided by the sender. So I have contacted the BAX-SHOP for this and explained the situation.They said the lead cable was not fitting in the original package that's why they have send it in a separate parcel and main large package is on the way, because of Hermes unusual delay it is taking little longer.They send me another link for tracking the large package via email, but horribly it was showing nothing since last three days. So I have contacted them again and again but they are not responding my queries.lastly one officer answer my phone and said in system showing item has been delivered ! I have told him, in 01/12/20 some one from you said item is on the way but now you are saying it has been delivered ! what does it means?? No reasonable answer has given instead he hanged out phone by saying " matter will be investigated and will let you know ASAP. But its never happened. Now I have read all the reviews in Google and found that I am being scumed .There are lots of other people also complaining about this site. I have paid £152 for this "Devine blitz PA speaker system" and now at the verge of loosing whole money for nothing. I am still waiting......!!!”

“Best price at time of looking. Other big named stores did not have it in and 4 week delay to when they would receive it. Had a question as once order placed it was stated 'not in stock,'. I emailed immediately and had a quick response confirming it was in and being processed. Arrived securely packaged in a quick time. Casio PX 870 is a great quality and sounding instrument. Would recommend Bax based on my experience”

“The Casio CT X700 is an excellent Instrument, your customer service was very responsive and very easy to contact, however Hermes, did not allow telephone contact, and hence I waited 3 days at the office over the weekend, in addition the power supply lead has not yet been delivered. However Bax music have delivered excellent help desk service.”

“Great prices and good service. I would have given 5 stars, but the items were poorly packaged. Well they weren't actually packaged at all, they were put in a very nice (expensive looking) box but with NO packaging!!!! So the items were clunking about inside the Box. Not "ideal" of things like Mic's, interfaces and pedals etc! I think I was lucky that thankfully, the manufacturers packaging did its job! Come on guys, buy a roll of bubble wrap or styro chips!”

“So glad found Bax online. I live in the north west of Scotland and getting companies in the uk to deliver here is often a nightmare. We are on the mainland 80 miles north of Glasgow and yet just about every company either chooses to charge loads for deliveries or doesn’t even try. Enter stage left Bax. Not only do they offer deliveries from Holland they also delivered in 2 1/2 days, in perfect condition complete with pallet on the Friday even though estimated delivery was not until Monday. The added bonus was the delivery was free, my keyboard and pedal board were £70 cheaper than anyone with stock in the UK and they sent a euro/uk power adaptor too. Absolutely first rate and from my experience a great company to order from Thanks!!!”

“My delivery, which was promised in 2 working days, arrived 3 days late, which is not acceptable, as there was no warning anywhere on the website about delays. I then found out that Bax are not based in the UK, they are in Holland. Nowhere on their website does it say this. In fact the website goes out of its way to deceive buyers by being a .co.uk site with a Kent address and telephone number. This is bordering on trading malpractice, as I like to know where I am sourcing my goods from and Bax hide this on purpose. Had I known they were based in Holland I would not have used them, and will never use them again.”
