I received invoices and really good communication from them and the delivery arrived on time. It was well packed in its box and inside another tough box with plenty or protective packaging.

The strings ar Ibanzez make 0.12-0.53 bronze. The guitar has an inbuilt tuner, which allows half steps. It makes tuning the guitar easy. Once tuned the guitar has a strong vibrant sound to it. Used as a purely acoustic , the sound is quite loud; connected up to an amp and using it as an electro acoustic gives a really crisp and powerful guitar. It is at home in the hands of a beginner and certainly a guitar appreciated by the more competent or professional player who Im sure would be more than happy to have it on stage.
The construction of the guitar is very good. A good solid guitar which Im sure will stand the test of time and as an all mahogany guitar, maybe one of the few produced this way in the future, that will be an item to treasure.
Good solid machine heads and string stay well in tune.
I thoroughly recommend this particular guitar and I certainly recommend the customer service of Bax especially in the difficult times.”
