“Firstly, UPS failed on so many levels but I did eventually receive my purchase.
Secondly, My boxed Nemesis guitar pedal was sent inside a much larger box WITHOUT ANY surrounding protection. (There was also a loose UK power adaptor in there to cause extra damage) It bounced it's way around Europe, and it shows when looking at the packaging. Scared to see what I may find when I power it up for the first time.
Imagine if this was a synth that I bought. I shudder to think of what condition it would've arrived in! (If shops do this you may as well take your chances with eBay. It couldn't be any more unprofessional)”

Delivery was prompt and on time and items were well packaged, as well as the cases being in their own cardboard box they were also packed into a larger box for extra protection. “The item I ordered was not in stock in the UK despite being told it was "in stock" when I placed the order - it originated in Holland and came to the UK via Germany. It was due to arrive on 29-12-2020 - it is now 03-01-2021 and it is still not here. I was careful to pick a company that said they could deliver after Boxing day - they failed to deliver on this promise and I think the "in stock" message needs to be changed to "in stock but not in the UK". This is now an important piece of information given the UK is no longer part of Europe. I would never have ordered if I had known the item had to be imported into the UK given the political and covid issues.”

Having ordered my evh not knowing that the item I was ordering wasn't even in the UK but Netherlands did put me off a bit but straight away I received correspondence from Bax music on the delivery date ,due to uncontrollable circumstances ie convid that the delivery would be late due to border closures got a link sent from Bax music to their courier ups easy down load to phone and able to track delivery was a day late but under the circumstances I was pleased it came well boxed and protected from any damage.payment plan was so easy to set up though PayPal, definitely would use again the price of my guitar was slightly more but I believe due to shortages and high demand the price I was happy to pay rather than wait the 3 months I'd been told my a previous guitar supplier.”
