“I HAVE NOT received my order yet. Bax messed up my address on the package labels. Although there was my name, a post code, and a number, the street name was missing. Hermes, the courier emailed me to get in touch on the deliver day but I could not get through their automated system to speak or message anyone, the emails would not go through and the automated telephone voice would not let me speak to anyone. So they have sent the packages back to my supplier. None of my emails to Bax have been answered however they did answer the phone and I was able to establish they had not received my order back from the courier, and it was necessary to correct the address on the Bax computer. I feel no employee is doing anything to retrieve the goods or even communicate. Even this review enquiry is generated by a computer delivery date which has long gone. I am concerned my goods will arrive damaged if they ever turn up at all. But so far I have heard NOTHING.”

“Excellent transaction all round. The LaPaz half-size guitar looks good in its natural colour and sounds good too, especially for the price bracket. Notes are true right up the fretboard and the action is reasonably low.”

“I recently purchased an Ibanez TMB 30 electric bass. Shipping was brilliant it actually arrived a day early and was protected splendidly by lots of packing. What's more the price beat other people's Black Friday deals. The instrument is everything you'd want and more. The build quality is brilliant and the set up spot on. The attenuation and action could not be better. The P bass pick ups give a great P bass sound and the bridge pick up a highly respectable J bass sound. Combine the two and it's wonderful. I've been playing guitar for almost 60 years but now I can't stretch the fingers on my left hand as widely as I used too because of Parkinson's disease but the shorter scale of the TMB 30 has given me back the ability play bass again. It's like being a teenager all over again. I'm so happy. Thank you.”

“I purchased some fairly expensive studio headphones from Bax. Delivery takes a little longer than some others, but communication from Bax was great and the item came well packaged and in perfect condition. I was also very pleased with the price I paid. Overall, recommended!”

“This is my 5th Innox UGS13 ukulele stand, and I'm still astonished that the price for this brilliant stand is so low. In my honest opinion it is the best, most secure stand out there. Every time I buy another ukulele I automatically order another one of these from Bax Music, and they always provide a brilliant service. I usually have them delivered to my local pick up point, so I can collect at a time to suit me. Cheers Bax, keep up the good work.”

“I had made the decision to upgrade my studio monitors due to the fact that my smaller speakers could not project any bass ....and having to guess at what was happening to it is probably not best mixing practice. I decided to go with the Rokit RP7 g4 as being the best fit in my small studio, the specs seemed right, KRK are a massive brand and they have the very useful iPhone App to set the speakers up and tune them to the room. BAX had the best price on the web and with a Black Friday deal on top, sorted! The speakers turned up on time via UPS, however one of the boxes was was pretty bashed up when it arrived, which made me instantly :-( Not to worry however, there was a box within a box, within a box and lots of cushioning around the speakers. All turned out well, :-) The speakers were easy to connect and they sound great. I used the iPhone App when I finally got the right connectors and all is well. The good stuff: -well packaged -easy to connect and set up with App -great sound -I now have bass The not so good stuff: -the App connectors required had to be sourced from Amazon. You need to connect: iPhone Lightning>mini jack (stereo)>standard jack (Stereo) lead split to x2 mono standard jacks ....then into speakers. (There are other ways of doing it but just as fiddly, if you have not got the connectors to hand) Might be a good idea to give/sell a lead (or the option of adding a lead) with the speakers when purchasing. All that said ....I'm a happy customer with some great new speakers!”

“I ordered the irig for my partner after my partner had emailed to ask if the android cable was in with it and he was told yes to then receive the product and not have the cable. Now he has had to spend money on buying the cable which is not cheap. Will not be buying again.”
