“Fantastic service again, delivery was quick considering the pandemic send the price of the item that I bought was the cheapest anywhere, by a good amount. Under £100 for a Focusrite 2i2 audio interface is great. Competitive prices, responsive customer service (When I've needed it) and good delivery times. Really pleased so far!”

“Package and ites save but Hermes shipping left my parcel in the street out of my door. I choose to deliver to safe place to my neighbours. Yet the left in the unsafe place. Is not the first bad experience with Hermes.”

“great product,great packaging,awful communication!We were given no indication of when the item would be delivered and it was only through luck that it was delivered when we in.This could have resulted in our £1300 package being left with a house nearby as the HGV lorry that sent it was unlikely to make another journey.So 5* becomes 3*.”
