“Very satisfied. My new Zoom iQ7 mic was delivered by the promised date. Great product; does what it says. Web site excellent with plenty of information available prior to purchasing. No negative issues to report”

“This is the second fazley tele I've bought, the first was for a friend.just needed a few tweeks which were as follows, Polish frets,oil fret board, smooth saddle grubs,set intonation,adjust pick up height.now brilliant,sounds great,looks great,plays great.would be happy to gig all night with this,if we ever get to play live again. Gonna put a vid on youtube in a few days of me wangin on it. I'll stick a link on for anybody who might be interested.”

“The guitar arrived with a chip in the headstock. I wrote to the company and never got a reply. The received a request to provide feedback so wrote again to them to double check they wanted me to provide feedback as it would clearly not be good and again no reply , not even an acknowledgement. I would hate to think what they would e like if I needed warranty support!!”

“Good service. Issues with delivery company though i.e. stated had tried to delivr on 4 occasions but no-one in, though residence was occupied throughout. As a result, delivery was 5 days late missing important deadline.”
