“My delivery, which was promised in 2 working days, arrived 3 days late, which is not acceptable, as there was no warning anywhere on the website about delays. I then found out that Bax are not based in the UK, they are in Holland. Nowhere on their website does it say this. In fact the website goes out of its way to deceive buyers by being a .co.uk site with a Kent address and telephone number. This is bordering on trading malpractice, as I like to know where I am sourcing my goods from and Bax hide this on purpose. Had I known they were based in Holland I would not have used them, and will never use them again.”
“Purchased a Peterson Strobostomp HD. Bax have the Best price and super quick delivery! Don’t waste your time trying to get price matches elsewhere. Bax are where the party is at!”

“My first experience of Bax Music has made me very happy. My order for Audio Technica Professional Monitor Headphones was fulfilled at an excellent price (£39 plus p&p), immediately acknowledged and monitored, and delivered in less than 72 hours. I'm not a professional, but these studio headphones have transformed my experience of listening to music and enhanced my well-being with their superb 3-D sound. Thank you Bax!”
“The items arrived safely, and in good order, but the invoice does not match the prices displayed on the site, and several rounds of correspondence have failed even to get an acknowledgement of the problem, they just keep repeating the same thing over and over without addressing the actual issue. Will not be using again. (The issue is to do with VAT: because they have my VAT number, they invoice using a Netherlands VAT number, thus showing no VAT on the invoice - but they charge the individual items at inc- VAT, not ex-VAT prices, meaning I've paid inc VAT prices but can't reclaim the VAT as I normally would were it shown on the invoice.”
“Great service start to finish. Guitar arrived really quickly in perfect condition. I also had a query about the guitar which was answered very swiftly. One happy shopper here!”
