“Product is great. Always order with Bax. Unfortunately though I ordered specifically because of the 'order before this time to receive by this time' thing, opting to pay more with Bax than other shops for the expedited service as I required it's use for a certain day. The delivery, however, rescheduled after 2 days and ended up coming the same time as the proposed delivery date from the shops selling this item cheaper. So that was annoying. But still, great product, great shop, sucky annoying situation.”

“Bought 2 guitar cases. Tele fits nicely Epiphone LP doesn't fit. Should have asked Bax and not relied on a review. Apart from that everything (goods, customer service and delivery) was first class.”

“Didn't get the guitar I ordered. Received a text from Hermes saying parcel was left outside front door. Eventually found parcel on the other side of the street 6 doors away from where I live. Hermes are garbage”

“Rather disappointed when box arrived. The item was in a huge box for a harmonica and everything was scattered in the box. The harmonica was not in its case and had been knocking around inside in transit. It looks ok on the outside But not sure of any damage done.”

“I ordered a piano keyboard and was not disappointed. The product was delivered on time and in perfect condition. It meets all expectations and fits the description given on the website. An adapter was even included with the package to ensure that the keyboard could be used on UK outlets. Would definitely recommend.”

“I have been dealing with Bax Music for some time now, and slowly building up my mobile disco rig (although I have to sneak past the wife!). Recently purchased a pair of Bose F1 subwoofers, a CS1000RGB and Pangolin laser software. Bax cannot seem to beaten on price, and operate a flawless delivery service. Not had the chance to complain and review their customer service levels, since I have been happy so far. Keep it up !”

“This is the first time i've had dealings with Bax Music. last week i bought a Boss TU-10 clip on tuner, i was impressed by the choice and the range of prices on offer, delivery was excellent the tuner arrived within a couple of days and in perfect condition, i can certainly recommend Bax Music to anyone. ,”

“Easy service, affordable product, but far too much unsustainable packaging. I bought two relatively small items and they came in an enormous cardboard box, padded out by hoards of plastic airbag packaging. I understand that large boxes must sometimes be used for smaller items to improve packing efficiency in transit, but the amount of plastic padding out the order is inexcusable. There are a number of more environmentally friendly packaging options these days, and I was very upset to receive my order with so much plastic in this day and age where we are at a critical point of climate change.”
