“I decided to call customer service, and discuss my options on price, payment, and delivery. The customer service is exceptional from the team. I placed the order with a customer service agent, and asked how to pay for the guitar. I was sent an email detailing how to use my visa card, made the payment, within seconds an email returned with the order confirmation, and then an invoice of payment followed. Later the same day the confirmation of the order ready to be collected by UPS arrived. The guitar arrived three working days after. The Fazeley FLP 318 BK, is an absolutely beautiful looking guitar and plays as good as it looks.”

“Bought a Konig and Meyer 167 tuning hammer from Bax, having looked at the comments on the Chinese rubbish on eBay. It is excellent - have tuned the piano (first time I've tried this) with the aid of a tuning app called, amusingly, Soundcorset. The whole piano was 'flat' after many years of neglect, so I had to retune every key. Still flushed with success. The 167 comes with three different socket ends, so no fear of it not fitting. Lovely piece of kit.”
