AVOID AVOID AVOID FAKE GOOD REVIEWS I wouldn’t even give 1 Star but had too. please see this a take warning look at the many many rubbish reviews they are all correct. Facts are all true This company is not UK and a con, nowhere at all does it mention they are some corrupt Nethlands outfit. 1 It will be late turning up if at all. Customer service is useless trying to chase 2 if it does turn up it’s broken box destroyed bits missing or seconds not new! 3 Now worst bit trying to get hold of the customers service is worst ever, they dont care. You have to contact a uk number who cannot make a decision about nothing and make excuses they have to email Netherlands’s for a response. 4 if you get a returns label omg you have to you a company called Mondial Relay. Takes 2 weeks to return you would be better sending it yourself. They have no tracking it’s a disgrace. 5 refunds what are they... good luck with that no chance 6, 3 years warranty good luck you have no chance of a repair See other reviews 7 120 days money back loooool it will take 120 days from day you get it for them to take ownerships they have it back Worst experience of my life and aged me this process Wish I’d seen the reviews before buying and it tried to save a few quid Now I know why they state they had stock when no one in uk did for months

Great service and delivery. I did however make the wrong choice of hi- hat cymbals... I should have bought the light and not medium weight, my fault. These are a little too heavy sound for me. But hay... there you go..... until u try you don’t know! Should have been a poet instead of drummer!

Got a great deal on a Masterbuilt Epiphone. Beautiful looking and sounding Guitar.Arrived safe and sound in great packaging. Top notch delivery Service and customer care. Will definately go back. I had been looking for a reasonably priced Fender Mustang short scale bass for a while and one that would look ok on stage (so not the canary yellow, pink or gold models Fender has been putting out). BAX are now selling a very cool black Fender Mustang short scale bass for a decent price-I ordered mine and it was delivered on time by UPS. It plays beautifully and I’m really happy with my purchase.

I am a professional musician and I have been using music shops online since 20 years. I bought from Bax for the first time on March and this is for sure my last time. The item was not working, payed for new but got the feeling it was used. They offered me to repair it. But Costumer Service is absolutely a nightmare. Not communication, not helpfull at all. I need to chase them all time. And this just for saving 10 pounds from other shops. Not anymore, neither me neither my students. Avoid them.

I don't want to throw a Karen on them, but...here a list of things I am sorry about: I am sorry if i placed an order 3 days ago agreeing the delivery being out today. I am sorry for checking the email sent this morning saying that the item was out of stock and giving me a cheap alternative. I am sorry if i adjusted my delivery time with my fav shop in italy that they could send my cymbals in 2 working days, but i agreed for 5 working days to give BAX Music time to deliver the cymbal bag first. I am sorry if i have a 24" ride. I am sorry then when I choose this morning to have the cheaper option you gave me the delivery will be "by monday...i can't assure 100%". I am sorry if i am still waiting for an email confirmation for my ref number for the refund that will be in within 5 working days. I am sorry I choose you, I could've been waiting 3 days more with my Italian supplier to have the bag i wanted, delivered everything in 2 working days, have my 50% off from the manufacturer and be happy. I am really sorry. Never again.

Goods arrived clearly second hand and damaged. Asked for returns label and send goods back. All I get when I phone up is '' someone will phone you back later today'' doesn't happen. AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs.....been 4 weeks now they will not let you speak to a manager and will not return calls or emails.

Criminal. Still haven't returned my money! Customer Order Number 7938351 Do not buy from this company. Customer service is terrible. Didn't receive order and after 2 months they still have not refunded me back £1235. I'm currently still chasing my refund. Absolute joke.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Still not received my goods no update at any time. THEY USE HERMES AND HAVE NO POINT OF CONTACT FOR ISSUES I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY ITEMS STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!

Exactly the same problem. I ordered a guitar and wanted to cancel the next day. Wrote several emails but no reply. No one attends to calls. The website said refuse the delivery. Hermes brought the delivery and I refused. Yet Hermes sent me an automated message that my delivery was successful. Wrote back to Bax about my refund but its been more than a month no reply. Horrible service. Definitely not worth spending my money.

Non existent customer service even after five emails to Bax. Purchased a Ukelele, which is a seconds but not listed as such. Took a very long time to arrive and the tracking number was incomplete. Shoddy paint work, dents, scratches and glue on neck. Don't waste your money on purchasing from here, they don't care about my complaint. I'm self employed, money is tight and this was purchased for someone recovering from the virus. I'm ashamed I spent money with Bax.
