Purchased a Behringer RD8 (808 clone) for £225 Amazing price way cheaper than Amazon Order Sunday arrived Thursday as per website. Brand new sealed etc Not sure why there are some poor reviews the service and price was amazing proving there is life outside Amazon !! Would recommend awesome

I am not one to normally write reviews on things like this but the service I received was shocking, it took 7 weeks for my parcel to be delivered and there was no communication, after 3/4 weeks I tried to make contact with by both email and phone but got no response at all. I work full time so needed information on when it was as going to be delivered. It wasn’t until I opened a request with PayPal that they responded and explained there had been a problem and apologised, I gave it the benefit of the doubt but it then happened again for another 3 weeks. After saying I would open another formal request with PayPal they replied to say they were going to ship it the following week and send me tracking information, the tracking information was in a foreign language and I could not understand it. I then got a text from a delivery driver telling me he was 20 minutes away with a pallet for me, he showed up and put it on the road and told me to come and get it and said he couldn’t help me to get it in the house even though I was a young girl on my own (a large piano and stool). I have recently emailed Bax to ask for their complaints procedure and the lady who replied to me says she doesn’t know what this means. Totally and utterly disappointed.

Terrible Customer Service. I Purchased 6 amplifiers 2 of which were faulty because i needed an urgent replacement. I had to purchase 2 additional items as the sales team agreed to refund the cost when i had a chance to send the faulty items back. I am now stuck with 8 items that i cant rely on to work reliably and there refusing me any sort of refund. TERRIBLE SERVICE, NOT BASED IN THE UK LIKE ADVERTISED AND MISSLEADING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. AVOID!!!

failure to delever for christmas. long wait for my money back no compensation offered wouldnt let me speak to a manager lied to with delivery date several times not based in uk as advertised took my money in minutes no customer services emails not replied to one dissatisfied customer we live and learn!

Don't use. This is a Dutch company pretending to be in the UK. Did not deliver on specified day because it came via France! Customer service didn't care.

I purchased a piano through Bax Music on Saturday 30th November and booked a delivery date of Wednesday 11th December through the website. Bax Music’s couriers decided to attempt to deliver it on Monday 9th December when no one was in the house. I called up to rearrange a delivery for Friday 13th December and took annual leave to ensure I would be around to collect it. No one turned up. I then sent Bax Music customer support an email asking for an explanation and solution. 5 days later I had yet to receive a response, so called their customer support. After waiting a while for someone to pick up, the customer support agent had no clue it wasn't delivered on the previous Friday. I asked him what he was going to do about getting the piano delivered. He suggested I contact the courier myself as there was ‘nothing more’ he could do. I explained that I had contacted them multiple times but they either didn't pick up or promised a delivery date and then didn't deliver. I then asked for a refund but was told this would be 'difficult to do' and the line then went dead. I called again but no one picked up so I tried a different number. After another long wait another customer support agent answered. I explained that my purchase hadn't been delivered and that i'd like a refund. I was then told she 'didn't have the authority' to process a refund and she would need to ask another department. I asked to be put on hold while this was done but she refused. I am now pursuing a refund through my card company and it looks like the family Christmas present won’t be arriving after all. All in all an absolutely abysmal service by Bax Music. Long customer service waiting times, no responses to emails even after 5 days, and unwillingness to refund money for undelivered goods. Do yourself a favour, shop somewhere else and avoid the nightmare.

1, sent me a used guitar when i paid for new 2, replacment guitar was the same used guitar!!! 3, had to get pay pal involved in order to get my refund as i kept getting fobbed off! 4, they have me a voucher as a "sorry" but it isn't valid. Be prepared to speak to liz, Kingsley and Martin at customer services a lot!!! - if something goes wrong!!!

Good if you get what you ordered, terrible if you have an issue. They don't reply to their own email enquiry system and they certainly don't answer their telephone. Customer services virtually non existent. 2 emails and around 55 minutes of waiting for someone to answer the phone, over a period of 3 days

I placed an order with Bax back in January 2019 with the item being in stock too (apparently). The item never arrived, I chased and although the customer service people were friendly, it never boiled down to actually getting anything done. They promised to try to redeliver, they blamed Hermes and Parcelforce, who I have previously used and have never had an issue. When it became apparent I wasn't going to get my order, I requested a refund 5/3/19 as I had been 'messed about for a month or so. They then refused as they couldn't locate the package (it never arrived!) I finally got my refund on 26/3/19. It was a lot of hassle ringing and trying to obtain my refund and I was able to buy the same product on Amazon for slightly cheaper price but most importantly free next day delivery.

Bought 2 subs from them. Both arrived with damages. Decided to return them and so my nightmare began. I will never ever do the mistake to buy from them again. Be careful!!!! Got the money back after 2 months

Very poor. Ordered £227.60 worth of products on Monday 1st April and they took the money that day. Order should have arrived on Wednesday 3rd April. Got an email on Wed 3rd to say there was a "stock discrepancy". On the phone, they told me it was a missing power adapter (kettle lead). They held up the whole order because of a kettle lead. They had my phone number but chose not to use it. I needed one item that night and was left with no choice but to buy locally. Today is 12th April and still no sign of the refund. Have been promised a new date of 16th April for my money back. AVOID!

Wanted a tube screamer on my pedal board for ages. Finally decided to go for it and ordered through Bax Music. Bestprice on the internet. Free delivery. There the next day. My own Christmas present to myself. Perfect.
