Thoroughly recommended....
I purchased a Fender The Pelt pedal and a Schecter C-1 Hellraiser guitar from these guys. They are definitely the cheapest on the internet at the moment and I would thoroughly recommend purchasing from them.
Everything came well packaged and protected, all genuine items.
The reason for 4* instead of 5 is as follows:
* If you purchase and live in the UK, the delivery agent that they use is Hermes. Hermes, as many will be aware in the UK, are very substandard. Check your boxes when they arrive as they will no doubt have damage. Check your items inside for damage as well and report anything straight to BAX ASAP.
The guitar arrived double boxed with the outside box having a large gouge in it. Thankfully, BAX clearly plan for this and the inside box was without damage. The guitar arrived in pristine condition.
To sum up, purchase from these guys as they are the cheapest and delivery, albeit a few niggles, was not too bad. BAX can't help the standard of HERMES and that's how they keep prices lower than competitors.”

It was meant to be delivered by Hermes but the tracking shows that Hermes returned it to Bax for some unkown reason. I asked for a refund but was told I couldn’t have one until the guitar returned! So now I have paid out £1359 for a guitar that was never delivers and Bax are Refusing to refund the money even though the problem lies between Bax and Hermes . I point out again that I never recurved the guitar!”
“Bax Music sold me a Zoom H1n voice-recorder. It is an excellent little unit which can be hand-held (although mind the noises from your fingers if recording). It records in Wav and mp3 formats and has the great advantage of enabling the owner to determine the recording level 'by dial' which for me is easier than playing with digital settings, perhaps in poor light. It can also take a mike or 'line-in' jack from other sources - record player, cassette player, computer cd player to enable digital 'archive' rerrdings to be made, or to play back at your leisure with many options for marking tracks and so on.
Bax music dealt with the on-line order efficiently and it arrived on time. It arrived in a somewhat overlarge card container which might have allowed some movement of the inner package. But this was no problem because that in itself was well constructed and buffered and protected the recorder from any damage.
In summary a pleasing product - exactly what I required avaible at a competitive price and with good service from Bax.”
