“HAD TO COMMEND THE HERMES COURIER SERVICE USED BY BAX MUSIC
This review i had to write, not on the basis of Bax Music service only but the courier system they use, Hermes. On my recent purchase of a laptop stand, i expected to get my delivery on time as with all my purchases over the years. Some how, this purchase for the first time didn't show up on time and as such, i went to check my email.
Upon on doing so, i saw a message from Hermes stating they could not deliver due to a road works going on and traffic was heavy and at that point, so even taking the detour would takes ages. I know this because, i too was caught in that traffic and road works coming to my destination 2 days before so in a nutshell, Hermes reason for missing the delivery on time was in fact truthful. I can highly respect that.
And so, i got my delivery bright and early next morning. I'm a happy customer and appreciate that service from Hermes and thanks to Bax Music in the process. I hope both Bax Music and Hermes couriers keep this service and attitude going.”

“Have been shopping with Bax Music for a while now whether i do my purchase personally or someone does it for me, the experience has always been totally 1st class. Most of my flight cases for my equipments have been purchased from their store and many other equipments and has never encountered any issues whatsoever. “Eminence Kappa speaker from Bax
I needed to buy a speaker driver to repair a PA speaker.. I couldn’t get an OEM part, so bought a cheap replacement off Amazon. ..It lasted two weeks 😢. Then I found a suitable Eminence speaker driver on Bax! A little more expensive, but actually more powerful than the original!
Long story short, I’m totally blown away! The delivery was quick, the price was good, and the driver itself sounds FAR better than even the original, and (being more powerful) will hopefully not have to be replaced again in the PA’s lifetime. 100% recommend! 👍🏻😎”
