Unfortunately though I ordered specifically because of the 'order before this time to receive by this time' thing, opting to pay more with Bax than other shops for the expedited service as I required it's use for a certain day. The delivery, however, rescheduled after 2 days and ended up coming the same time as the proposed delivery date from the shops selling this item cheaper. So that was annoying. But still, great product, great shop, sucky annoying situation.”

“Easy service, affordable product, but far too much unsustainable packaging. I bought two relatively small items and they came in an enormous cardboard box, padded out by hoards of plastic airbag packaging. I understand that large boxes must sometimes be used for smaller items to improve packing efficiency in transit, but the amount of plastic padding out the order is inexcusable. There are a number of more environmentally friendly packaging options these days, and I was very upset to receive my order with so much plastic in this day and age where we are at a critical point of climate change.”
