“Purchased a reverb pedal from bax music 13th September (supposed to arrive by 21-24nd sept) just in time for my gig. Didn’t arrive, so won’t be using it at the gig...told it will be another 4-5days...how does it take over two weeks to send a parcel...don’t think I’ll buy from bax again”

“HAD TO COMMEND THE HERMES COURIER SERVICE USED BY BAX MUSIC This review i had to write, not on the basis of Bax Music service only but the courier system they use, Hermes. On my recent purchase of a laptop stand, i expected to get my delivery on time as with all my purchases over the years. Some how, this purchase for the first time didn't show up on time and as such, i went to check my email. Upon on doing so, i saw a message from Hermes stating they could not deliver due to a road works going on and traffic was heavy and at that point, so even taking the detour would takes ages. I know this because, i too was caught in that traffic and road works coming to my destination 2 days before so in a nutshell, Hermes reason for missing the delivery on time was in fact truthful. I can highly respect that. And so, i got my delivery bright and early next morning. I'm a happy customer and appreciate that service from Hermes and thanks to Bax Music in the process. I hope both Bax Music and Hermes couriers keep this service and attitude going.”

“Bought a case for my husbands Bass. The case is lovely looking. Very sturdy and secure with the bass inside. Not very heavy. Looks the part. Price was ok. Good service managed to pick what day I wanted it delivered. Happy all round”

“in a situation such as this lockdown, it's reassuring that I can find stuff that I need and be able to buy it at the best price. This is important in today's climate and Bax Music have supplied several things to me over the past couple of years with excellent service. The Nux Tape Core is a pedal version of the old Roland Space Echo RE 201 and at a very affordable price and having owned the real deal back in the day I can say that these sound as good.”

“I have yet to receive this item, consequently I am a very unhappy customer. I have tried to contact you on several occasions but keep getting a message saying it is not possible due to technical problems. I have never come across such poor service!”

“After much research and frustration I ordered the monitor from BaxMusic at an unbeatable price.The delivery company was excellent and I was kept up to date re delivery time. All in all a good experience and I would be happy to use BAX Music again...no problems.”

“Have been shopping with Bax Music for a while now whether i do my purchase personally or someone does it for me, the experience has always been totally 1st class. Most of my flight cases for my equipments have been purchased from their store and many other equipments and has never encountered any issues whatsoever. I have also seen quite a lot of negative reviews but i can only speak for myself and have not any issues dealing with Bax Music over the years. Speaking from my personal experience purchasing from them personally or when i ask someone to to do my purchase due to giging or doing what i do in the field of entertainment/music, i can whole heartedly recommend Bax Music 100% from my experience. Their prices are also on the reasonable side of things and at times you can get a great deal from them. Nothing on the negative so far and as such, I will be making more purchases and look forward to their 1st class service as always. A massive thanks to the entire team at Bax Music. Respect. “Eminence Kappa speaker from Bax I needed to buy a speaker driver to repair a PA speaker.. I couldn’t get an OEM part, so bought a cheap replacement off Amazon. ..It lasted two weeks 😢. Then I found a suitable Eminence speaker driver on Bax! A little more expensive, but actually more powerful than the original! Long story short, I’m totally blown away! The delivery was quick, the price was good, and the driver itself sounds FAR better than even the original, and (being more powerful) will hopefully not have to be replaced again in the PA’s lifetime. 100% recommend! 👍🏻😎”
