“The guitar arrived with a chip in the headstock. I wrote to the company and never got a reply. The received a request to provide feedback so wrote again to them to double check they wanted me to provide feedback as it would clearly not be good and again no reply , not even an acknowledgement. I would hate to think what they would e like if I needed warranty support!!”
