My Strat style guitar fits snug so will not move around and the interior of the case is adequately lined. Comparing this to my genuine Gibson case, the only real difference is the quality of the hardware and (being really picky) the vinyl covering has a more obvious overlap on the bottom join than the Gibson, having said that it is neat and uniform. The stitching at the top provides a quality feel. Delivery was quick and communication good.”

“The guitar arrived with a chip in the headstock. I wrote to the company and never got a reply. The received a request to provide feedback so wrote again to them to double check they wanted me to provide feedback as it would clearly not be good and again no reply , not even an acknowledgement. I would hate to think what they would e like if I needed warranty support!!”
