“I ordered a pair of headphones on 08/01/21. The Bax website advised of a delivery date of 13/01 and I received a dispatch notification on Monday 11/01 advising a delivery date of 14/01 (not a good start but not the end of the world). The concerning thing was that it was coming from the Netherlands, I immediately thought Brexit and went look for reviews to see if anybody has been charged duty. There were no hidden charges but it appeared that nobody was happy (apart from a few far fetched 5 star reviews). I received my order (22/01), it was intact and exactly what I ordered at a great price. My biggest issue is / was that they seem to be intentionally deceiving people. I see the responses to negative reviews referring to Brexit and border delays, but there is no information about this on the site, they act as if they are really going to honor the estimated delivery time. The obvious deception is that your parcel is not coming from Kent. I would use them again for cheap items like headphone pads or leads but for anything more expensive it is not worth the worry.”

“The keyboard is great and my Grandson really loves it, a marvelous Birthday present for him. I knocked off a star because the delivery date changed 3 times, once without advanced warning. Also the shipping cost doubled due to a change of courier. If the shipping stayed at £4.99 and delivered on time there would be no hesitation of giving it 5 out of 5.”

“Ordered on the 9th of January, ups confirmation it would be delivered on the 14th. Did not turn up. Checked the status, has not even been received by ups, has not left the country. No explanation or notification given”

“Bad experience. Order placed on the 8th January still awaited as at the 17th January. Package appears to have be stuck in Eindhoven awaiting paperwork. If this is the result of Brexit then the company clearly made little preparation for it. Very little explanation and long wait to contact Bax customer service. UPS are of little help and their tracking systems are misleading and erratic. Scheduled date for delivery is now 21st January, but I have little faith in this. Bax header “`Fast and free delivery to the UK” is misleading.”

“Ordered items just before Christmas, also within a pandemic. Items arrived late as expected, but only by one week. All I can say is, everything arrived in good condition, packaged well with receipts etc. On the whole this comoany is unbeatable on price, goods, packaging, service etc. A+ highly recommended.”

“Ordered two guitar hangers on the 5th of January and got the following reply: “ Your product is in stock and we will send your order as quickly as possible.” What I was then advised was that my purchase is arriving from Netherlands; Netherlands, didn’t say it was in stock in the Netherlands. UPS then sent a message to say it was coming on Friday the 8th of January, then another to say it was coming on Monday the 11th of January, then another on Tuesday the 12th of January and another to say Friday the 15th of January. I’ve had no more updates and, more to the point, no delivery. I’ve been asked to write a review so here we are. I’ve had a response from BAX as I suggested they change their courier and they say my comments have been passed on to their transport department. Perhaps COVID is holding it up, maybe Brexit or possibly the U.S. Presidential elections?? Do yourselves a favour, try to get your purchases from anywhere other than BAX; it will probably save you a lot of trouble.”

“Poor service. Bought a boom arm stand 9th Dec 2020. I am yet to receive my item today 13th Jan 2021. I called multiple times and transferred to reception who create a call back request from customer service that will never call back. This happened more than 8 times. Very poor service and process. I will never buy from them again”
