“I ordered a Hohner Special 20 harmonica key of 'C' which is the type recommended for complete beginners like me. The product was delivered very quickly. I'm very pleased. Only one comment though (definitely not a complaint!) the free lessons token that came with the product took me to a teacher that mainly teaches with the harmonica in the key of 'A'. Not a problem though.”

“Ordered over a week ago and still haven’t received my guitar. Emailed your customer service email 4 times with no response. So to sum up is the worst buying experience I have ever had. Do you intend to send it me or give me a refund!”

“RIP OFF: AVOID AVOID AVOID - PAID and GOT NOTHING I am 15 miles from Folkestone and thought I'd support a local business. I placed my order, paid & received acknowledgement and confirmation of shipping all on 1st Feb - then nothing. I called several times and got no answer, but eventually got through to what sounded like an Indian call centre yesterday. I was promised a return call, but still nothing. They sent me a survey to ask what I thought. What I think is not printable.”

“My order didn't show up despite it saying it was delivered. Emailed customer service asking for help, no reply whatsoever. Don't order from here. I've lost good money and received no customer help at all.”

“Warning! This company pretends to be UK-based, but they operate from the Netherlands. I ordered 9 days ago, was promised guaranteed delivery within 2-4 days, but they still haven't even been handed over to the courier. Hermes are still waiting on their parcel. No update from the company whatsoever. I messaged Bax' cmr service several times but they haven't replied at all, not even after 7 days. I called their cmr service number, the person that answered was Dutch and said cmr service is not available. He didn't even bother taking my order number or full UK number and just mumbled 'someone might call back'. Shocking. Meanwhile, they have my money and didn't even bother to dispatch or reply.”

“Don’t be fooled. This company is not based in the UK. Their “next day delivery” or even “2 business days” is a crock. You’ll get stung on the import. Their whole website leads you to believe they are domestic but they are not. Not only that but the customer service is so poor with “we’ve had your money, not our problem” attitude. Only after I ordered I started getting their ads on facebook and the comments people write on any of their posts confirms my story with many much worse stories. I’ve been waiting just shy of a month for my “next day delivery” and am dreading it eventually turning up as I know if there’s a problem i’m well and truly screwed with this company. Will never use again and will warn every musician I know to stay away”

“This is my first time purchasing my music gear with BAX MUSIC. Overall, the purchasing stage is not fulfilled as my product has not been delivered to the date that was agreed with BAX MUSIC. To those customers who intend to get your gears from BAX MUSIC. Please consider the agreement of delivery with them and make sure that your purchase is protected by section 75 using a credit card or debit card by your bank provider. It was not a great experience with BAX MUSIC and I do hope music producers do consider other reliable sources compare to BAX MUSIC.”

“Website delivery promises are complete lies. Ordered two products, delivery expected within a couple of days with extortionate delivery costs - they took WEEKS. One product was returned and weeks later I still haven't received my refund.”
