“I bought an RCF E16 professional audio mixer from Bax recently but was disappointed with what I found in the box. The mixer was well boxed but upon opening it, the mixer didn't have any instructions or warranty card included? The mixer also has slight marks and was dusty. It looked like it was a demo model? I telephoned Bax to mention this and they told me to go online for the instructions etc. They did say to their credit if I wasn't happy, return the mixer. I am happy with the mixer but found it strange that it didn't include instructions etc? My fist buy from them.”

“Hopeless. Masquerading to be a UK supplier. Plus they use UPS for deliveries which are surely THE worst. Ordered a guitar on 5th Jan. Received repeating "we're delivering tomorrow' emails. Checked the tracking after third failed delivery only to find goods left Eindhoven, arrived in UK and then went back to Eindhoven.
Cancelled the order. Of course they blamed Brexit. I blamed them for masquerading as a UK Supplier. It's now end of March and still no refund. Apparently they haven't raised the correct paperwork to get the item back from UPS.
If the goods are lost in transit, what are they going to do? Penalise me? I never received the goods and I certainly didn't choose the carrier.
Going nowhere near them again and while they don't refund, there will be more of these postings to follow.”

I have bought many budget guitars,amps,drums etc in anticipation of a free to all and free to use music club and to be fair to all the outlets I have bought from the service has been prompt with nothing really to complain about.
So now for Bax music. Well the guitar arrived on time. Packaging I give them 10 out of 10. The guitar itself? I rate it alongside a squier affinity telecaster...It really is that good. As to value for money?..Well thats why I'm smiling. I going to shop again with Bax Music and with the money I save I plan to buy something for myself that is more appropiate to my age. Do Bax do Harps? Halo's and wings?
