“Just received a schecter banshee elite fr s. it’s from bax music b stock but it is mint and plays like a dream. Stainless steel frets floyd rose 1500 a sustainer and a through neck most excellent.”

“searched for ages to find the Ukele I wanted, found it at Bax - exactly right for type, price and availabilty. Delivery not as promised but acceptable. Box slightly damaged but nothing broken or missing. On the whole a good experience”

“What a lovely guitar and it eventually arrived safely and in one piece, my the Bax crew were very helpful answering all of my questions, the only downside was the UPS delivery time but Hell! in these Corona and Brexit days that's to be expected.it was worth the wait though, really pleased with my Seagull.”

“Saxophone arrived a day late, but Hermes had warned me that they were having trouble with deliveries at the time. Never played a saxophone before, but was able to get a sound out of it very quickly. Lessons start soon. A new skill to learn, something to enjoy in these difficult times.”

“although B stock it was perfect as was the first one i bought. only problem it took over 2 weeks to arrive after being stuck in Eindhoven which im sure was due to brexit customs/courier problems and not BAX WHO DEPATCHED IT IMMEDIATELY”

“I recently ordered a portable PA system from BAX (Samson Expedition 106wDE). I was specifically looking for this model due to the wireless headset microphone it came with. I conduct funerals and this unit was to allow me to provide both music and voice at cemetery services. BAX had this unit in stock, so I placed my order. I am surprised to read some of the low and negative reviews of this company. I can only speak from my personal experience, which I have to say was excellent. I placed my order online on 15th January 2021 and received an email confirmation that my order had been placed. Later that same day I received a second email to advise that my order was being shipped and that it would be couriered by UPS. My order was delivered to my home address in the UK, by UPS, on the 20th January 2021 from the BAX warehouse in the Netherlands. It was well packaged, arrived undamaged and works perfectly. My experience of using this company has been excellent and I am delighted with my order, which is going to help me deliver better services to my clients.”

“First time piano player but got the wrong piano stool - sat too low and resulted in poor posture and a bad back after every practice session. The new adjustable bench from Bax is perfect. No more bad back and spending more time on the piano. Delivery was earlier than expected. Overall, a great experience.”

“Well made ,solid and good value Only complaint is the black plastic gromets do not fit the steel lugs so internal finish is messier than it should be.”
