“Even with a small PA, I was pleasantly surprised at the beautiful quality sound with this condenser microphone. I never like a mic to be too close to my mouth when singing or playing my chromatic harmonica. I prefer to have it about 6" away, but it's not possible with other mics. It was clear and even at about 12" away. This is an excellent mic.”
“BAX have failed to reply to my emails and my order is knowhere to be seen and is a week overdue.
I spoke to them on the phone on Wednesday (day after it was due) and was PROMISED Hermes would have it scanned and sent to me by Friday, which never happened.
Tried ringing on Saturday multiple times and when I got through the receptionist said nobody can speak to me because they're too busy. So am I.
7 days later without my order and minus the money I've spent BAX sends me an automated email asking me to review my experience / new products - so here we are.
If I don't hear back today I'll be contacting my back for a chargeback / section 75”

The guy on the phone was most helpful explained why the prices are a lot lower and assured me I would not be charged any extra just the price on the website
Delivery would take 3 to 5 working days
So I went ahead and ordered the Roland go keys
Cheaper than any where else
I was able to track my order and 3 days later my package arrived very well packed

“Fazley fretless bass. Received quickly (Europe to UK shipping) Arrived in good shape well boxed. Good budget instrument which with some minor adjustments plays very well indeed. I changed the scratchplate only because i had a spare that was more too my tastes. Neck needed a light sanding to be ultra smooth but at this price point was still very usable out of the box. Other than that Nice 3 tone sunburst, good hardware and properly intonated.”
“I've used Bax a few times before, but I principally bought from a well-known competitor from Germany. However, that company's ordering system is currently a mess with VAT payble separately to their courier (together with additional admin fees), and people are reporting lengthy delays to deliveries (with Brexit being blamed). Although Bax is based in the Netherlands, there was no such hassle. I placed an order on Friday evening & it arrived in north-east Scotland on Wednesday morning. It's the first time I've tried Fazley (their own house brand) but I have to say I'm impressed. I believe Bax are a bit slow in dealing with emails etc (they took 4 days to respond to an enquiry about a previous order; the said German company always reply within 24 hours) but as long as the prices are good and I'm getting decent products, it's not a deal-breaker for me. I'll certainly be using them again.”
