My Epiphone es339 was b stock, reported as missing original case, but no other issues, apart from signs of having been played. It was a good discounted price. Love the guitar but when it arrived it was packaged in a large box and I could feel it moving around a large distance, side to side in the box. There was bubble wrap around the guitar, but it needs to pack tight to the box. This I believe has caused a small chip in the black finish on the top of the headstock. Not enough to cause me to return the guitar. I also note that they hadn’t slackened the strings. This is basic stuff that anyone shipping guitars should know, especially if it’s their core business. The bottom E intonation needs to be fully adjusted to one end nearest the bridge for good intonation, not sure why yet but it is ok like that, just a small worry for the future. Writing this review because the packing team need to be aware that this isn’t good enough. Strings are pretty worn and need replacing so it’s a bit more than signs of being played - as described.

All original packaging was good.However,the back casing of the machine was slightly bent,not flush with the machine back surface,like it wasn’t closed properly.This has not affected operation of the machine.Maybe it will in the future.Disappointing,at least it is under warranty for repairs if necessary.Could have been cheaper,given the defect.

Adequate contact post sale of guitar. A bit upset abt Hermes delaying delivery because they kept attempting delivery to another house with same number and needed guidance for something so clear. Arrived in a large piano box and a soft box within the large box so well protected Guitar is beautiful at first look, close look you can easily pick out chips that have actually been covered/coloured with marker ink to hide them which is disappointing. Im not much bothered because you get what you pay for! OK to use as a starter of a decorative object i would say. Needs retuning again and again but again thats what happens with new strongs. Sounds acceptable

Great price on the item purchased, and swiftly posted. Arrived today in perfect condition brand new. Only things that let the experience down was their choice of courier (Hermes) they really are useless, regardless of who uses them. Also, the customer service side of things from Bax would benefit from a a bit more TLC, as it takes some time to get a response and can leave you frustrated. Overall though, happy with the outcome.

chose Parcelfilorce delivery for £1 more. Anything to avoid Hermes,probably the worst alleged courier in the UK. It was still sent via Hermes. Who's laughably titled "tracking" is disgraceful. They also managed to be two days and 26minutes late with the package.to their absolute credit,Bad Music apologised and refunded the postage costs.albeit as store credit,which is not what I'd have chosen. Bax,and every other professional company should ditch Hermes.full stop. My two items arrived in a very very large box.unnecessarily large, and without ANY packaging inside to prevent my two items(a Blue Baby Bottle Mic,and a short micstand) from rattling around inside for the entire journey. The items seem fine,but I've yet to try them

The guitar kit arrived on time and in good condition - well packed. On the negative side there were no assemble instructions with the guitar and more disappointingly there was no wiring diagram. I enquired with the company and was told to view a you tube video. However, the you tube video was in Dutch and therefore very difficult to follow.

I'm gonna give a 3 out of 5 stars for bax, communication through Facebook was pretty good although not the fastest customer service they did help get my order to me. Great prices too The problems I have is the delivery was 5 days late which is understandable but when the items arrived the box had clearly been opened with my order unwrapped and unsealed loose in the box. Other than that cannot complain with service at all. Hopefully bax music read this about the order because I was shocked about the order being in the way it was but was willing to accept after waiting for a delivery that should of gurenteed to be here Friday. Would buy from again if sort out faults. Hopefully somebody from bax will read this and and help come to a agreement to solve the issues I had

Finally received my order 6 days late even though, the order was basedbin Britain. I have to put over 7 days late as there is no option to say it arrived 6 days late

Bax Music very good but courier's in my case Hermes very poor put in an order on the 4/6/2021 one part arrived on the 10/6/2021 still waiting on the second part on writing this review on 15/6/21 even though all had been sent together got a msg from Hermes to say parcel was large and would be delivered in 48rs (over 48hrs ago) so definitely not 5 day delivery

Good quality light. Good price. The only downside is that it doesn’t work with my Allen & Heath MixWizard desk. I had to reverse the polarity by unsoldeing the red & black wires and swapping them over, then it worked fine. So please be aware of this before buying.

My guitar arrived well boxed and on time. It plays straight from the box but will benefit from some minor adjustments. Will definitely use Bad again

Marvellous little tuner , bought this to replace an identical one I bought in Japan twelve years ago . It works very well , convenient to use when your out and about , it's not a replacement for a serious chromatic tuner , but will sort out wayward guitars when your not at home with no means of tuning a guitar . My main qualm was the extraordinary high postage rate charged , that lost it two stars .

The telecaster itself is perfectly fine and plays well however the pickups could be a lot better as it doesn't sound like a telecaster should

Having read so many negative reviews AFTER I had placed my order, I began to regret it. I mean, someone has actually set up a Facebook group dedicated to complaints. Thankfully the guitar and case arrived in the condition you would expect and within the timeframe stated. Both guitar and case were double boxed. I felt that the communication from Bax and the courier (UPS) was very good though a window of delivery for the actual delivery day would have been helpful. This is more of a UPS issue than one for BAX though. So why three stars? The first reason is that I find the trading practices a little misleading. The whole website experience and transaction process leads the customer to think they are dealing with a company based in Folkestone UK. It is only after the order is on its way that you discover the shipping is from the Netherlands. Thankfully there were no post-Brexit charges or customs delays, but I would, at the moment, prefer to spend my money within the UK and some clarity over this would have meant me looking elsewhere. The second reason for the three stars is that the day after receiving it I've had to find a luthier to set it up as it was almost unplayable with stiff and high action. It's unlikely that I would use Bax again because simply feeling relieved that I got my stuff is not a great motive to do so.

Hi l ordered an accordion Boston Bag, not received it as yet. Tried to phone not successful. Think bag is with Hemmes and have e-mailed Bax still no reply. I’ve had an e-mail with an invoice. Really just keen to know that it will eventually arrive. Kind regards Liz Pearson

Speedy delivery, but the device was supplied with a Euro power supply not a UK supply. There was half of a UK adapter supplied in the box but it was the wrong type and had no transformer. Very confusing they would send a Euro supply when they had a contact address in Kent, UK? I called their support line and spoke to a gentleman in The Netherlands, he told me he would get someone to call me back and send me the correct power supply for the UK. That was a week ago and nobody has called back

Read the description carefully . Item did come with a U.K. power supply . Have to use an adapter that is loose and can fall out. This is despite the item being purchased and shipped within the U.K.

I have rated three because of the delivery firm, this does not reflect on the product as my daughter is very pleased with her new ion waterproof speaker. The delivery Conpany delivered it, no note through the door and as we have several deliveries over Christmas, was not aware which delivery was coming. I checked around the back of the house and didn’t see anything, it had been tucked away around the corners and sat in rain for a couple of days.

Not packed properly and headstock was damaged when arrived, no excuse really when all it needed was more bubblewrap.
