“I bought some boss waza air headphones last week. Bax offered the cheapest price by a long shot. I also found the same with bax when I bought my fender mustang gtx100. Great price, Great customer service, quick delivery and great products! Can’t really ask for more 🎸”

“Bought the Joe Strummer Fender Campfire acoustic and I can't praise this guitar enough. It looks stunning, the strat headstock really makes it special. The sound is amazing. Such a stunning guitar. It came with a case which is handy. Delivery was 3 working days and packaged really well. 5 stars. Amazing service and would recommend this guitar to all of my friends. Thanks Bax Music, you have a customer for life now.”

“I bought an RCF E16 professional audio mixer from Bax recently but was disappointed with what I found in the box. The mixer was well boxed but upon opening it, the mixer didn't have any instructions or warranty card included? The mixer also has slight marks and was dusty. It looked like it was a demo model? I telephoned Bax to mention this and they told me to go online for the instructions etc. They did say to their credit if I wasn't happy, return the mixer. I am happy with the mixer but found it strange that it didn't include instructions etc? My fist buy from them.”

“Delivery was prompt but the Free Float did not meet my expectations. The needle still jumps when i walk near to the turn table while a record is playing. Perhaps you can advise on any alternative method or product.”

“Hopeless. Masquerading to be a UK supplier. Plus they use UPS for deliveries which are surely THE worst. Ordered a guitar on 5th Jan. Received repeating "we're delivering tomorrow' emails. Checked the tracking after third failed delivery only to find goods left Eindhoven, arrived in UK and then went back to Eindhoven. Cancelled the order. Of course they blamed Brexit. I blamed them for masquerading as a UK Supplier. It's now end of March and still no refund. Apparently they haven't raised the correct paperwork to get the item back from UPS. If the goods are lost in transit, what are they going to do? Penalise me? I never received the goods and I certainly didn't choose the carrier. Going nowhere near them again and while they don't refund, there will be more of these postings to follow.”

“I wish you folks could see the smile on my face. I recently purchased a A Fazley FTL218YB( A Telecaster style guitar) from Bax Music for the princely sum of £66:00 and less than a fiver p&p. I have bought many budget guitars,amps,drums etc in anticipation of a free to all and free to use music club and to be fair to all the outlets I have bought from the service has been prompt with nothing really to complain about. So now for Bax music. Well the guitar arrived on time. Packaging I give them 10 out of 10. The guitar itself? I rate it alongside a squier affinity telecaster...It really is that good. As to value for money?..Well thats why I'm smiling. I going to shop again with Bax Music and with the money I save I plan to buy something for myself that is more appropiate to my age. Do Bax do Harps? Halo's and wings? Mind you if my luck runs as it does in life I will probably arrive at the pearly gates only to be told they're not into my kind of music but are able to point me in the direction where my talents will be better suited. Diolch/Thanks to the folks at Bax music..Great service,great product.”

“I bought a LaPaz 002 SB 3/4 Classical Guitar and gig bag for a very good price. I am very happy with the purchase. Bax Music needs to be more careful with the courier they choose as the box came open and the gig bag was removed from its plastic cover, but the product was not damaged.”
