“I am delighted with the way in which Bax Music handled my order of the Supro Royale head. I was kept informed at every stage of the purchase. The amp arrived as predicted, although the outer carton was badly damaged the inner packaging and its contents were pristine. I would have no hesitation dealing with Bax Music in the future.”

“I recently bought an Ovation Celebrity Elite guitar and some accessories (stands, capo and string winder from Bax. The website was very easy to use. I also had follow up e-mails and kept informed about delivery and customer care, which made the experience more personal than other similar sites. The order arrived within a couple of days, on the date specified. They were well packaged and labelled and everything was perfect. They also supply a handy companion guitar tutorial for free which has chord structures and instructions of how to set up and string your instrument with QR code links to videos . Very helpful for a novice.”
