“The Nektar CS12 console did not disappoint. It simply has the best integration with Cubase, which has been great. The quality and features are good for the price. It works in unison with Softube's Console 1 console's, which is a bonus. I am very happy with my purchase. It should last a few years. Thanks to Bax Music for a seamless turnaround.”
“This was my second order with Bax, they have become the site I tend to look at first when searching for best price on an item. Easy to navigate and find what you’re looking for, delivery on time and product well packed, overall an excellent company to deal with.”
“Excellent all round. Great price, great communication and super rapid delivery. The Trace Elliot Elf is one mighty powerful low frequency machine in a tiny box!!”
“The fazeley tele guitar was £68. I didn't expect much at this price BUT , the guitar is perfectly finished, very well packed for delivery, the quality is outstanding and better than some £250 guitars I have played.
Perfect neck and frets ( no sharp edges or buzzing frets) , tuners stay in tune , intonation was near perfect out the box .
I don't know how they do a real veneer solid body tele at this price point that plays and sounds so good !! .. excellent and highly recommend.”
“I am delighted with the way in which Bax Music handled my order of the Supro Royale head. I was kept informed at every stage of the purchase. The amp arrived as predicted, although the outer carton was badly damaged the inner packaging and its contents were pristine. I would have no hesitation dealing with Bax Music in the future.”

“I recently bought an Ovation Celebrity Elite guitar and some accessories (stands, capo and string winder from Bax. The website was very easy to use. I also had follow up e-mails and kept informed about delivery and customer care, which made the experience more personal than other similar sites. The order arrived within a couple of days, on the date specified. They were well packaged and labelled and everything was perfect. They also supply a handy companion guitar tutorial for free which has chord structures and instructions of how to set up and string your instrument with QR code links to videos . Very helpful for a novice.”
