Bought singular beat buddy good delivery arrived on time small box inside large box no packaging in side large box small box rolling around inside with loose plug (no computer cable included ),unfortunately not what I expected so have to send back returns seems to be straight forward. hopefully refund will be quick and easy all in all seam’s good company shame about poor packaging

hi bought 2 classic series FTL218 yellow for my 2 daughters . i think thay are wonderfull exellant finish and the right weight and look fantastic together. i would definatly say well worth the price, a bargin, thank you very mutch , simon scott r

Save your hope, time and money! Been let down twice: 1 - Been waiting for a USB for THE WHOLE SUMMER OF "24 for 12/13 weeks and been postponed from one week to another to end-up asking for refund 2 - They've managed to ruin my Black Friday hope, to realise within days that there is no item and indeed a deal seemed to good to be true for a standalone unit; and again, end-up asking for refund. I gave up any hope in Bax Music and looking forward to shop somewhere else.

The Company on a hole are very good but The delivery company they use are very, very bad. I am still waiting for my parcel. A week later, from delivery date I wish this was the first time but all 3 times I have ordered. With bax .music This has happened. So be very careful with ordering if you need something ASAP.

Purchased the Fezley Lp318 arrived at pickup point on time, packaging was ok. The guitar looks good but needed setting up correctly massive amounts of buzzing, replaced the strings and adjusted neck, intonation etc. Now it plays and sounds great. I believe if you took the time to set up the guitars before shipping, you would have a lot happier customers. 7/10

Truly awful! Ordered new guitar and was offered date 5 December as in stock. Nothing arrived, no phone call. Chased on 6 December to be told it had not been collected and they had no idea of when it would be collected...excuse 'we have sold too much and can't meet delivery dates'. Read the reviews. Poor service. I wish I had done more research before ordering. I will now get my credit card company to refund.

I bought two of the Glorious Record Rack 330 to organise my vast collection of vinyl LPs. All I can say is the clue is in the name, they are indeed 'glorious' and I'm so happy with them. They are without doubt the best manufactured and most sturdy flat pack assembly I've ever had. If I had one small criticism it would be that they come with no feet as mine sit on a tile floor with underfloor heating. However, I had some spare round rubber sound isolation pads that I stuck to the bottom with double sided tape and the job is complete. I love them and would wholly recommend these to anybody. Thank you Bax!

Sire T7 Tele arrived. Parcel Force dropped it out of delivery van! On checking it was OK. Minimum packing. Outside box should have been packed with protective substance. Guitar was inside a Sire cardboard box and seemed OK. Needed set up. Neck bowed and intonation way out. I have fixed it but low E string can’t be pulled back far enough to intonate! Shame as after all that work it’s a bloody great guitar. String change tomorrow and I’ll try and cut the spring on the low E saddle? A set up would have been welcome?

Ordered a Gibson guitar case for my daughter for Christmas. Turned up in a massive box which looked great. However, I thought I'd better just check it was all OK. prior to the big day. Upon opening the box I found the guitar case wrapped in the filthiest, dirtiest plastic wrapping. It looked like it had already been sent down a chimney!! The guitar case itself was also covered in patches of dirt and dust, which resembled mould. I managed to clean it off no problem, but the packaging it came in all had to be thrown away. I think Bax Music need to do a bit of quality control with their stock. Whoever boxed that item up is a total idiot!

Ordered Fazley left handed guitar on 28th. Nov.2024 and as of today 6th. Nov. There is no tracking info as to where the package is or when it will be delivered. I have emailed customer service but they don't seem to know where the package is either, i am still waiting for a update. I am very dissapointed as this was a Christmas present for my son. I will not order anything again from Bax.

I don't understand how they are allowed to sell items that are out of stock. I received an email stating that my order was on its way, but when I went to collect the parcel, I found only a plug adapter inside a large box. I honestly thought it was a prank. A customer service representative informed me that they didn't have the item in stock and couldn't provide an estimated availability date. I recommend avoiding them at all costs!

Got this microphone at a good price. It was delivered quickly and was well packaged. I am very happy with how it performs. I bought this to use on my acoustic guitar and I have to say that the results are really good. I have tried a lot of microphones over the years and this will be my first choice for acoustic guitar from now on.

Bought a B stock Gretsch electric guitar from Bax. Came in original box which was ripped but found the guitar to be spotless. No marks, scratches or dinks. Plays like a dream, really happy with purchase.

I am also waiting for my instrument to arrive, ordered a week ago, no tracking information, apparently packed on the 29th but now lost. Fobbed off the first time I phoned, an investigation now started. Very disappointing as I have used Bax before with no problem. No communication except these invites to review my new purchase!! Advised to phone back next week!!!!!

Ordered on 28th.November 2024, its been a week now and still haven't recieved my order. Tracking just says 'Advised' everytime i go to tracking. I have emailed twice but as yet no reply. Where is my order ?
