“Very impressed with the speed of delivery ordered on the 19th July, delivered to my door on the 22nd. For a B stock instrument the Fazley FTL218YB is in fantastic condition, it has a good weight to it and sounds as good as any Squire telecaster I've played, the guitar did have some fret buzz when it first arrived but this took five minutes to correct, and the jack socket is a little stiff when trying to remove the lead after playing, but again this shouldn't take much to rectify. No sharp fret edges but the frets could benefit from a dressing at some point however this doesn't really affect the playability much at all. overall I would give the guitar a 8 out of 10 and Bax Musics service 10 out of 10 would highly recommend both Bax and Fazley.”

“Arrived as expected and tracked. Superb double bag, but the description simply doesn't do it credit. Not only does it look great, has straps and handles with generous pockets and padding, but also zips apart to give two separate bags if required. How cool is that?
Better still, the gap between the bags is large enough to take a collapsible music stand and iPad. As a bonus, my baritone also fits (bit tight though). As someone with a severe bag fetish I'm highly delighted.”

“The Epiphone short scale bass was a great price and is beautiful. I find it easier to play compared to a standard bass, as the frets are closer together. “Delivered when requested by Parcelforce. Ironically the case I ordered for my new guitar was more securely packaged than the guitar itself. The packing box was too large and there was insufficient padding. The manufacturer's box was damaged too, meaning it was close to being open and the guitar looked like it could have fallen out. Relieved that it was undamaged but would hesitate to purchase anything fragile from them in future despite the decent price.”
