“Thieves. Send out broken equipment and then over a month later still waiting for a refund. Stay away from this cowboy outfit and buy from a reputable place like Andertons. Now raising a bank chargeback to get my refund back.”

“I only ordered 3 items and one item was missing. I have made numerous attempts over the last few days to contact customer services (via phone and email) and complain but have not been able to get any response - not even an acknowledgement of my complaint. They've charged me the full amount of the order but failed to deliver one of the items. The so-called 'customer services' is a joke - non-existent actually. My advice: don't use this company - get your music equipment elsewhere.”

“The Fazley Banjo Case BC-100BC was a good fit for my Deering Goodtime open back banjo. Looks well made and the padding inside offers protection for the banjo. A good size storage compartment inside keeps the picks, tuner and odds and ends secure and with the banjo. Excellent value for money. Bax delivery was quick and the case well packed. Many thanks Bax Music. All in all a good experience and will use them again.”

“I bought an Epiphone LH SG for Christmas. I’ve had problems with guitars being ordered online previously……..guitars being bought new but clearly having been used. Demo instruments or similar. Consequently I was really pleased to receive the instrument from Bax Music…..in perfect condition and in the original box. Super quick delivery time of three days. I haven’t played the guitar yet (it IS a Christmas present after all) but have absolutely no complaints about the service from Bax. Would certainly use them again.”

“Vinyl storage cabinet looks great! I did ask a handyman to put this together for me as it was a bit heavy for me to manage myself. However, he had it done within half an hour and I’m very pleased.”
