“I bought an Epiphone LH SG for Christmas. I’ve had problems with guitars being ordered online previously……..guitars being bought new but clearly having been used. Demo instruments or similar. Consequently I was really pleased to receive the instrument from Bax Music…..in perfect condition and in the original box. Super quick delivery time of three days. I haven’t played the guitar yet (it IS a Christmas present after all) but have absolutely no complaints about the service from Bax. Would certainly use them again.”

“Vinyl storage cabinet looks great! I did ask a handyman to put this together for me as it was a bit heavy for me to manage myself. However, he had it done within half an hour and I’m very pleased.”

“Easy to follow instructions from browsing what musical instrument i wanted(in my case was an acoustic guitar which i found with nearly 50% discount)also a guitar tuner for under £10 as well also easy to follow payment instructions & also kept me updated regularly when it was dispatched & when it arrived at my chosen destination was excellent service & i will be using again & letting my friends & family to look here first if wanting anything musical,great service!”

“placed an order on the 29th of October. Received delivery Saturday(11th of November) at 12:31pm by Portuguese speaking driver. He brought the boxes inside my property and took the photo. Then i checked if the boxes have any damages and they all looked fine. When later that day I opened the boxes to assemble the piano support and of course the piano it self. We’ve opened the keyboard box last and were shocked to find there is no keyboard! The box was filled with water and juice bottles, some other rubbish! Also we find a message hand written on the piece of paper. The writing was not in english, but Portuguese. The google translator translated “sorry I’ve nothing to eat”. This is unbelievable and very frustrating! Customer service doesn’t reply to my emails. I have paid £1855 for the box filled with rubbish. Can’t add pictures”

“Almost two weeks and still no sign of my delivery. Stuck in a DX depot. Maybe good in the Netherlands but avoid in the UK. Just look at the other reviews. I hope they will fix this soon!”

“I looked around to find a replacement banjo head for a repair i was carrying out for a friend ,which was readily available and a reasonable price and found the Bax Music advert. The product arrived within a couple of days and was a noted make and good quality. It enabled the repair to be done without delay and i am very well pleased with the service and response. “From what I understand, the "B Stock" Rapier Saffire 6 electric guitar I purchased was a return. Can't work out why it was returned, only things that stood out to me was a smudged finger / thumb print and the requirement for a quick tuning. Everything thing is as advertised or better, very impressed with variable tone system. Ordering was simple and delivery was as forecast. Price was heavily discounted, too embarrassed to say by how much. Thanks BAX! 😁 🎸.”
