We ordered the keyboard on a Thursday and paid £9.99 for it to be delivered next day, or by Saturday it said, and it came the following Tuesday! The keyboard is fabulous the kids use it every day but the service could be better.”
“Very easy to understand the order process, always very competitive on price and a top notch returns policy where they pay for the return if you are not happy. It beats even my favourite UK firm. The online minor issue is that deliveries take a bit longer as the UK is no longer in the EU and there are two courier companies involved. Highly recommended!”

“Excellent piece of kit. Very sturdy. My keyboard doesn't have a music rest but this stand is flexible enough to sit on the keyboard with the support arm on the windowsill behind.
Customer service was fine. Very good price since collecting it from the post office saved several £.”

The delivery by Parcelforce took longer than expected but was due to illness at the sorting centre and bad weather. No reflection on Bax at all!
The guitar I purchased was a B stock, I had difficulty in finding any defects but when I did (some paint scratched off in the trussrod hole) I would not have returned it myself.
All in all very pleased with my new guitar and what I paid for it.”

“Delivery was arranged for Monday 15th January but parcel force track and trace system.was showing no updates. I called Bax music and it took 20 mins to get through to an agent who was pretty unhelpful. I called parcel force and they advised they hadn't even collected my parcel. I had to take 2 days off work at a very busy time of the year. Eventually in Tuesday 16th Jan the parcel force website was updated and advised my item would be delivered between 11.23am and 12.23pm. My parcel was eventually delivered at 14.05pm.
