“Lovley ukulele - bought as a gift for my husband ,sure he will be very pleased. Excellent communication from seller (which is something I cannot say about courier, Parcelforce !) arrived well packaged and before expected date. Very happy with purchase.”

“Unable to review product as still not delivered. Although this is my third purchase from Bax (nothing wrong with previous products other than a faulty guitar jack socket which I fixed myself), the delivery service from Parcel Force leaves a lot to be desired.”

“First I did not know I was charged £5.95 for postage and packing until I finished with payment. I went on customer service to cancel, I did this 5 times and they did not answer, they just sent the items. I thought it was free P&P your help and customer services are a Joke”

“Excellent service & rapid delivery. Guitar case was listed as B stock, but in this case it just meant that it wasn't in the manufacturers' cardboard box. The case was in perfect condition & does exactly what I wanted it to - protecting my Yamaha Pacifica. I've got exactly what I wanted, in perfect condition, delivered quickly, at a bargain price. What's not to like?”

“Be very very careful ordering anything from Bax Music. All well until things go wrong when they supply you with defective goods & their response is to send intimidating responses such as "No fault found? If we are unable to find any fault with the product, we will also charge a consultation fee of £55 including VAT and excluding postage." Ordered a pedal I need for gigging but went wrong within 3 months and after returning it in October they've kept it ever since. When you ask where your gear is their CS response is basically to tell you to do one, even after you formally complain. Bax Music CS (customer service) behave as if the Consumer Rights Act 2015 doesnt apply to them. If they were run by musicians who cared about musicians then their wretched customer service might not be so bad. I will avoid at all costs in the future and a great example why to buy local instead of discount internet retailers.”
