“I bought a couple of studio racks and a shelf. All three items arrived in good condition. Assembly of the racks was straight foward and simple and fitted together without problems. No issues from Bax at all, just poor delivery from Parcel Force who had the items for over 48hrs on a 24hr delivery. Would by from Bax again.”

“As usual great value for money. The Stratocaster arriving in great shape. The Neck pocket was incredibly well put together rivalling some of my custom gear. Tuners held very well and the look of the guitar in general was excellent. Played well and may upgrade pickups just because I have an expensive set to hand. For £69 no brained. Love Bax Music and delivery was 2 days ahead of schedule.”

“I have now had the Guild D150CE (Bstock) 3 months, As I wanted to give an accurate opinion of the Guitar, firstly i was weary about buying "B stock" but needn't have been , it hadn't been played, it was brand new, I asked BAX why would it be returned? ans."its likley sombody bought 2 guitars, and returned 1 of them", Maybe not even this make/model, Upon arrival, Double boxed, I very closely inspected it, as you do, 3 very minor finishing faults, and i do say minor, BUT certainly not enough to send it back for, The poly finish is very fine, A very big plus, and a very pretty guitar, The rosewood was darker than i was expecting, but, this is an observation Not a complaint, I played it quite a lot over the weeks, after i set the action to where I wanted it, As it was high, But you almost always have to do that anyway, It is very nice to play with its 44.5 nut width, The strings fitted were d'addario phospher bronze, 12/53, which i use and were good, Now it has Elixir 12/53, phospher bronze, which, i also use, Important bit, The sound. Quite loud, very balanced, and a tone thats not as bright as my Taylor, but sharp enough, and not as warm as my Epiphone EJ200 CE, But its a nice sounding guitar, all the notes across the fretboard & up the fretboard are all nicely distinctive, And, a sound of its own, I never "plug in" so, electrics not tried, I would without hestation recommend both the guitar and BAX to anybody, who couldn't have been more helpfull and a big thanks to 'Sam' on the phone, Hope This helps sombody, as i know, its hard to buy untried, untested, and not in your hands, but i did and glad i did,”

“Thieves. Send out broken equipment and then over a month later still waiting for a refund. Stay away from this cowboy outfit and buy from a reputable place like Andertons. Now raising a bank chargeback to get my refund back.”

“I only ordered 3 items and one item was missing. I have made numerous attempts over the last few days to contact customer services (via phone and email) and complain but have not been able to get any response - not even an acknowledgement of my complaint. They've charged me the full amount of the order but failed to deliver one of the items. The so-called 'customer services' is a joke - non-existent actually. My advice: don't use this company - get your music equipment elsewhere.”

“The Fazley Banjo Case BC-100BC was a good fit for my Deering Goodtime open back banjo. Looks well made and the padding inside offers protection for the banjo. A good size storage compartment inside keeps the picks, tuner and odds and ends secure and with the banjo. Excellent value for money. Bax delivery was quick and the case well packed. Many thanks Bax Music. All in all a good experience and will use them again.”
