Arrived quickly, but before I could use it, I had to stitch the handle to secure the wire support inside. Having done that I put it into use, but when in situ, I noticed the front left corner of the lid, (most noticeable ), wasn't covered with fabric so the white underneath was glaringly obvious! Not only that, the material was skimped and frayed. If I hadn't gone to all thetrouble of sewing, I would have sent it back. Had I looked at this item in a shop, I would have noticed the defects and not purchased it. Anyone seeing it in my house, will not rush out to buy one of their own. Lovely fun answer to a mundane recycling situation, pity it lacks an acceptable finish.

I am sorry to say that the body lotion I purchased from you smelled stale and not the usual perfume ! How long have you had it sitting on the shelf - must be very old to have lost its perfume! I am very disappointed as I bought six bottles as I was so pleased to have found a supplier of a lotion I have used for thirty years or more! What do I do now? Mary tame marytame@hotmail.co.uk

Hello, Having investigated this, these are within the time limits set but you can send these back if you are not happy with them by emailing us. Ingredients have changed a lot in the last couple of decades due to EU regulations. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused. Kind regards

I have still not received my make up pallet that was ordered a few weeks ago this was a bday present and I paid extra for it to be gift wrapped and sent I spoke to Beaty base on the phone it took them 30 minutes to answer my call ( I was on hold) and the man I spoke to said there is nothing they can do until they speak to delivery driver as they have been told it's been delivered They couldn't give me a date when this would be resolved and my daughters friend is still waiting for her bday present ????

Items came on time as described but with a note highlighting their loyalty programme - something that wasn't mentioned at the time I purchased. And guess what - they don't award points retrospectively, even though the item I bought was £80. So rather than being halfway towards a reward with them, I feel that they've been quite disingenuous. Trying to get someone's loyalty after they've made a purchase but not letting them count that purchase is never going to make me feel good about buying from them again. I feel a bit conned, truth be told. There are so many beauty sites out there who I can buy from who do highlight their loyalty programme at the time of purchase.

I have used Yardley Citrus and Wood for a number of years and I'm not entirely sure that I have been sent an authentic Yardley product; it has slightly different packaging and certainly has a weaker scent. Could it be a fake product?

Placed an order on 3/12/15 still waiting 8 days on called yesterday was assured I would receive my order today unfortunately it's not yet arrived, customer service was polite and helpful apologetic but has not fulfilled her promise of receiving order today:(

Looked online for Raffinee perfume , found a site Prism Parfums bought 100mls for about £12 great have half a bottle left decided to look for another, came across Beauty Base I couldn't believe it when I found it on BB for £4.99 quickly ordered 4 bottles just took delivery of them today don't know what happened to the boxes as they were advertised with the boxes but am so disappointed the fragrance lasts about 2 hours similar to Raffinee but not as classy will not be purchasing anymore .

Hi there, Thank you for your review. I can understand why you feel that way but I can assure you we are official stockist of Prism Parfums. The only thing I can suggest is previously you must have purchased EDP which comes in boxes and the smell is stronger than of an EDT. Raffinee EDT does not come in boxes so I hope this explains it.
