“My item came quickly and was what I needed to attach my headboard to the adjustable bed frame. Price was best in comparison shopping. Loved the no sales tax which saved me more money.”

“I recently purchased the storm 2.0 after doing the survey to find which pillow is best for me and the pillow is a real nice pillow it keeps it's shape and is really comfortable. I had a problem with my first pillow and customer service fixed it that same day and sent a new one my way, so very quick response time 10 out of 10. Only thing is I sleep really hot at night and pillow does do a good job of cooling but for me since it fits good for me (a side sleeper), I stay in one place all night and doesn't stay cool the whole night. But I just move to the side alittle or turn it over and it's good for the rest of the night. Never shopping anywhere else for a pillow.”

“My first experience with Bed Planet was not very good, since that time they have tried to help make it right. Offering me an exchange for the product that I should have been directed to in the first place. I figured out how to fix the adjustable bed that I purchased so that it works for me the way I originally thought it would. I just use it backwards.”

“We are delighted with the Reverie R450HT base. The separate pillow feature is the main reason we purchased this one. Price from Bedplanet was better than others and delivery time was very reasonable -- I was surprised this was direct air freight from Taiwan (not China). The base is sturdy and well constructed indicated by its weight. Be sure to have helpers to move it.”

Bed planet stood behind the mattress 100% and we have a new mattress now thank you to Bed planet that we are very very happy with. “The process was pretty easy. We were seeking medium firm support and this fit the bill while still being soft on top. The 14" deep hybrid spring/foam is probably on the limit of working on an adjustable frame. The memory foam it replaced adapted a bit more easily. The only issue was that the vacuum compression caused one of the two mattresses we received to be a bit out of square (top is a bit off center from the bottom). Even after a month of weekly rotations, it is still there. It is live-able, and a bit more noticeable on the adjustable base.”
