“I am totally impressed with Kelli who answers the phones, and the sales people that guided me in understanding how each chair works and what would be best to suit my needs. My first chair came damaged and they very quickly took care of the problem and had another one sent out. I truly love my chair I use it almost every day, or at least every time I’m home. I would highly recommend this company for the professional support, kindness, honesty. They were so patient and answered all my questions and concerns.”

“Had a mid-shipment delivery problem with a bed frame order between the long haul shipper that picked up the order from the manufacturer, and the end point freight delivery who refused the delivery due to damage, which required a replacement order. BedPlanet was very helpful with keeping me up to date with what was happening, and made sure I was contacted by the end point freight delivery company with tracking and delivery notifications.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed working with Tanner! He explained the terms of sale completely, which made me comfortable to spend thousands of dollars on line. Ordered my bed Friday, and although Tanner told me it could take a few weeks to get delivered, I was sleeping in it 6 days later. Tanner over delivered! Couldn’t be happier!”

“Love the adjustable base I bought! Best price I found and the shipping was really quick, after initially being informed it could take long due to the pandemic. Was very pleasantly surprised when I received the email and call to set up delivery, weeks before I expected it. The delivery company was safe and helpful and even helped me move it inside the house, as this sucker weighs a ton! Now. I’ve got it all set up and I’m sleeping in style. Very satisfied!”
