“A disaster. Please avoid. Order placed and didn’t arrive. Had to chase Resent but never resent. Finally an email unable to fulfill the order. Now I await the battle for a refund.”

“Amazing service, only reason I stopped was because I no longer am in the house enough to justify getting a regular supply of beer, When I need to change my subscription Kirsty from customer service was extremely efficient and friendly, would recommend trying the Beer52”

“What you see is what you get. Good quality beers delivered to your door! I've had it for over 6 months. 5 of the 6 months have been great with one month full of beers that tastes very similar but unfortunately weren't very nice! (Forest type beers, tasted like trees!) 4 stars due to the price. £34 for 12 beers is more expensive than alot of pubs near me. I understand the concept and delivery etc etc but just feels a little too steep!”

“Nice variety of beers and helpful customer service. Annoying to cancel as you have to ring up which isn't necessary today at all. Clearly a ploy to stop customers leaving.”

“It's a cool service but not for me at the minute. It's a bit of a pain that you have to call to cancel but I get why this and the agents I've spoken to such as Douglas are nice and not pushy. I may be back some day guys.”

“Douglas was absolutely lovely on the phone, we got disconnected and he rang me straight back, he was polite and helpful. Explained everything extremely well so I understood. I didn’t feel any pressure to continue with my subscription and he mad it’s a pleasant customer experience. Thank you”
