Douglas was very helpful. Made it worthwhile to pause my subscription until much later in the year as money is tight rather than outright cancel.

Beautiful beer, lots of different flavours. Douglas was very helpful when we needed to phone customer service. Overall seem like a really great company.

I needed to cancel my order for the present as the beer drinker returned to the States last year and may not be back until later in 2021. Douglas very kindly arranged for deliveries to be suspended until September when US Beer Drinker of the year 2017 Warren should be back to savour Beer52. Always delighted with product and service. Cheers to Douglas.

I found the customer service member on the phone (Douglas) extremely friendly, understanding and appreciative of my situation and reasoning for cancelling. He was also knowledgeable and able to offer assistance in ways to deal with any problem I spoke about. He also highlighted about the benefits that would be lost if I cancelled incase I wasn't aware. (Which I was not, so thank you) All in all, it was a very amicable break-up and hopefully I can return to share a beer at some point in the future reminiscing about the way in which it ended this time.

I really enjoy my reasonably priced box of goodies turning up eaxh month. Delivery is hassle-free and always on time. I recently wanted to amend my order and was dealt with curteously and efficiently by Angus. All-in-all a jolly fine outfit, I reckon.

Having had a selection of Belgium Beers ordered and delivered from Beer 52 I contacted Douglas to cancel future orders. Absolutely nothing wrong with the fine selection I didn't want to continue with the subscription as it was a 1 off gift.

Douglas was very understanding when I attempted to cancel subscription but made me aware of how I can change delivery to suit my finances more, and also showed me other perks from Beer52. Great customer service and flexible subscriptions really ideal.

Douglas got hold of a ‘Belgian’ box for me to send to my brother in law as a birthday present. (This was quite a while after that box had been the box of the month.) This didn’t appear to be an easy process logistically, but Douglas came up with the goods & sorted it. Most importantly, he said he would call me back & actually did!

My conversation with Douglas demonstrated not for the first time that Beer 52 offers absolutely exceptional customer service: I was offered a very fair deal involving a price discount and delivery deferral but still felt I had to terminate my current membership because of unexpected financial pressures. I will certainly look to rejoin if my finances improve sufficiently.
