“Douglas was great and very happy to help. Sorry to cancel my subscription. I really wanted to love them. But it seems my taste buds have changed. If you ever do cider. I’ll be back!”

“A great bit of customer service by Douglas when I called to cancel my subscription...he even tried to keep me with some offers without sounding pushy. A tremendous asset to your business, I only more customer service was like that! One negative, the hold time to speak to someone was ridiculous - over 15 minutes of my life I won't get back! I appreciate you don't want people to cancel, but the option to do so online would benefit the customer!”

“Douglas was clear and helpful but most importantly friendly! The customer service was in no-way pushy and I put the phone down smiling from such a pleasant conversation. Price and value of product was great, however the delivery time was a bit longer than expected.”

“Douglas was very good on the call in cancelling my subscription. It did however take more than 15 minutes to get through at my cost. I would much prefer being able to cancel on line without the need to speak to someone.”

“Douglas was helpful when I rang to cancel my subscription. He did all he could to retain me as a customer but unfortunately due to a change in circumstances, a beer subscription is no longer suitable for me. I did enjoy Beer52 though, a good variety of beers to suit all.”

“For the time I was with Beer52 it was alright and the beers were fine, delivery was good and fast. However due to health reasons that does not allow me to drink I have had to cancel my subscription.”
