“Rang up to cancel my subscription but the lovely chap knocked £10 off my next box instead. I'd stay if the box stayed at that price to be honest, but £29 for 10 beers is a little bit expensive. All the subscription companies are the same price though. Beer 52 customer service is fantastic, just a bit of a shame you have to ring them up to cancel. Other companies have more flexible holiday/cancellation policies.”

“Ordered box of beer for a greatly reduced price, arrived quickly, great product. Cancelled subscription straight after the box arrived. You have to ring up the company but Douglas was very helpful on the phone so it was easily cancelled. Brilliant all round service. x”

“Only after ordering beer did I discover that Beer52 use Hermes for delivery. Had I known this before I would not have subscribed, as I have always found them extremely unreliable. True to form, the beer arrived a day late and was left on my doorstep in the pouring rain and in full view of any passer-by. I would rather have been able to cancel my subscription online but in the event I found Douglas to be very pleasant and helpful.”
