“Douglas' handling of my cancellation request was first class. Call was quick but unhurried, I was made aware of my options and offers in a natural manner without pressure. Professional, friendly, unscripted. I ended that call feeling it's a company I'd gladly go back to in future.”

“I signed up because of the Untappd promotion - a case of beer for only the cost of postage. I chose not to stay because I’m still a novice in the beer world and can’t justify a subscription - yet! Cancelling was straightforward and Douglas Munro seems a genuine person, not pestering or making the unsubsciption process too laborious.”

“Shocking service, still haven’t refunded me and are claiming not to be able to find the phone call from when I rang to cancel, even after have given them exact dates. Avoid!!”

“Not my kind of beers and pity no dark selection only criteria to choose. Cancelled after 1st order despite the offer of a discount on next order. Nevertheless with the exception of having to call to cancel which is a bit out dated the service levels are very good.”
