“Douglas is an absolute babe. I called as I wasn't overall satisfied, however Douglas went above and beyond to ensure that things were rectified and that I was satisfied with the outcome of the chat. By far one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while. You should absolutely give him a raise! His retention abilities need to be recognised as top notch! Thank you again and stay safe!”

“Loved the concept but learnt it wasn't for me. Customer service has always been great - just spoke to Douglas who was very clear and helpful, price was good value for trying out new things and delivery was very simple.”

“Called to fix an issue with my subscription frequency. Douglass recognised that this may have taken some time to sort out and arranged to call me back once he'd investigated fully rather than keep me hanging on the line. Excellent service 👏”

“Customer service was lovely and friendly and easy to cancel. Love the idea and all the different beers! Only cancelling because of my own financial situation otherwise probably would of kept the subscription :)”

“I signed up for the free crate of beers which was a wonderful deal, and they were all very nice. Unfortunately I had to cancel for financial reasons but Douglas was very helpful and made the process very smooth”
